New Remodel! Walk to CSU, Whole Foods, and Old Town from this peaceful garden-level retreat. A quiet, thoughtfully designed space with high-end furnishings and access to a shared garden and outdoor plant spaces. Easy parking included. Optional add-ons like massage, red light therapy, and other restorative offerings available.
Full kitchen with filtered water, scent-sensitive environment, and 100% cotton linens and towels. This garden-level space includes a serene separate bedroom with a king bed, plus a living room with a new trundle with two comfy twin beds that can convert into a second king. A new smart TV! Fragrance free and mold free!
There is a separate laundry room with a dedicated workspace, with the option to add a cot for an additional sleeping space. The bathroom includes a bathtub.
Outside, you’ll have access to shared gardens and peaceful outdoor spaces to relax and spend time. Off-street parking is included.
No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. There is a $500 charge for smoke remediation.
