CSU tour trip
The place was fantastic and we could not have asked for a better location. We were in town for spring break and to tour CSU. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only negatives at all were the washer/dryer that would not dry our clothes and the beds were a little stiff by day 5. Other than that we loved it and would book again.

Beware: read the fine print, this is a basement unit. Rooms not connected, like condo A&B units.
Driveway entrance is narrow, boulder on one side, entering from east almost impossible, use center of road & make a sharp 90 degree turn into driveway Wifi: only 2.4Ghz, 5.0 Ghz available but no password for it. Tv: no Cable/Sat. Has access to Prime-but not Freevee, so many shows are not available, & tv can’t cast. Bring Roku Kitchen: No : broiler/sheet pans, colander, exhaust fan, oven mitts. Cutting board is small. Chef knife is so dull it’s dangerous. Can opener barely works Eating table & sitting stools high, narrow, hard, & uncomfortable Kitchen is for non-cooks Frig: is 2 small ones, dorm room size & other 50% bigger. Frzr 2-3”ice buildup inside Dishwasher small Washer & Dryer: 1 machine that does both, small, takes 3hrs, overheats & hijacks your clothes Turning on/off, unplugging etc won’t unlock the door Wait until next day- not dry Dry only cycles 2-3x still damp. Gave up & hang on the B” unit shower rod, turn on bathroom heat & close door Beds: ok, only firm in the middle, has memory foam toppers Entry door thresholds have rubber that sticks up & is a tripping hazard B unit: Bath door latch strike plate snags Bcs entry is only about 20” wide The faucet is 1” from back of sink Washing xl hands difficult Shower is small A” unit shower: Stand sideways wash w/one hand Needs arched curved shower curtain Rod Don’t stay if: you are B&T, staying more than 2 days, doing laundry, or need full kitchen. It looks nice, well decorated. But it is just uncomfortable staying here.

Walking distance from CSU
It was a great trip with my son and his colleague. They loved jumping on the cruiser bikes and be able to ride on campus and around town. We made breakfast every morning after we shopped at the lucky market that was close by…Mayb some new cooking pan would be great. Communication with property manager was great. Text respond was within timely manner. Would definitely come back for the connivence.

Perfect Location
This is our 2nd time staying at this property. If you have students at CSU you can’t beat the location. We come with friends every year to enjoy parents weekend. Not having to drive or find parking for all the festivities is the best. The only thing I would recommend is that both bathrooms have a blow dryer and the property needs a deep cleaning windows, under the beds and behind furniture. There was a lot of dirt and spider webs. Other than that it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Weekend visit with my CSU kiddo
Came out for a visit. The location was great, walking distance to her dorm. The house was just what we needed for a fun visit. Plenty of space for us to spread out, relax and play a few games. The kitchen is well stocked, although a cookie sheet would have been nice. We picked up a focaccia at the farmers market, but there wasn't a cookie sheet to cook it on. We made due with aluminum foil and it worked out ok. The table in the kitchen was great for games. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely like to stay again when we come back out for a visit.
