Comfortable House
The house, location, and checkin/out were great. The only downside was the noisy people above us but that’s not the fault of the VRBO.

Roadtrip
Nice Appartement if you are away during the day. It is in the Basement and a little dark. Very nice fireplace in the back of the house. Better dont come with a big rental car because the driveway is very small. We had an ford Expedition and it was every time a challenge to drive in. But all together we liked the place.

CSU Move In
This was the perfect location for moving my daughter in to school at CSU - literally across the street. Close to Old Town, restaurants, shops, and fun. Clean, cute, and plenty of space for us. Host was communicative and helpful. Only down-side was kitchen did not have a full-size fridge, but suspect that might have been a temporary fix. Would stay again.

Clean and great location
We enjoyed our stay in the bungalow. The location is perfect for walking to and around Old Town Fort Collins. It is right across the street from the University. The bungalow IS a basement apartment, which I was not aware of. However, everything inside was renovated and clean and exactly what we needed. The outdoor area is nice and peaceful.

Perfect for us!
This basement property is updated and spacious. It was close to downtown and to all of the events of our family reunion. We felt fortunate to find it! Stacy was very responsive to our communications. Thank You!

Across the street from campus
We were there for campus tours so the location was great. The one bathroom was pretty small but was manageable. No thermostat control in basement and it got quite humid. Do have big fans, but bigger ones would have been nice since the temps were in the 90s during our stay. Would stay here again, but maybe upstairs 😁

Location was great but the property needed a lot of work.
Shades in the bedrooms do not fit the windows so it allowed light in at 5 am. Bathtub had no bathmat and the tub was dangerously slippery, shower liner smelled very bad. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults and we stayed 6 nights. Floors were not very clean, we kept our socks on so our feet would stay clean. Didn't use the backyard area, it was not cleaned up.

Excellent location
What a great location for our stay in Ft Collins. We were close to Old Town and enjoyed being near CSU (while it was in summer quiet mode)! We had everything we needed and were very happy there for our stay. Note that there is not a full size frig in the kitchen (two small ones) and one bathroom is really small. Also, no AC in the lower level unit but thankfully the fans were all we needed.

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to respond and correct a single issue we had with the bikes. The location was perfect for our trip and within walking distance of some great food! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location but uncomfortable stay
I was hesitant to leave my review because I know the owners put a lot of heart into their homes; however, I know how much I depend on honest reviews, so I decided to do just that. Pros: Great location! Directly across campus, walking distance to food, cute area. Communication w/manager was very quick & friendly. I can tell a lot of thought and care was put into decorating and providing an inviting atmosphere. Cons: Way too small for a family of 5 +pet. Literally tripped over each other a few times. Best suited for 2-3 people. Floors were really gross. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the house as if the floors hadn't been mopped in ages. Additionally, it's the basement of a house so the thermostat is located on the main level (separate rental). When I inquired about it she asked if we wanted to send someone over to change the temperature. At the time it was fine I didn't want to bother, but the second night we woke around 1am and it was so hot and uncomfortable but by that time I wasn't going to text to ask someone to come change the temp and I think another family was upstairs which would have been a horrible inconvenience for them! Or what if they want a diff temp than you? Pics are misleading. I assumed (my mistake) the BY was completely fenced in; however, what you don't see in the pics is there is a parking lot back there. Only mini fridges - can't fit frozen pizza or any substantial amount of food. Uncomfortable couch. Kitchen amenities/tools very limited.

Cute basement rental with great amenities. 5 -10 walking distance to cafes, 5-20 minutes to plenty of attractions and activities, also cozy/comfortable enough for small family nights in. Host is very responsive and helpful

CSU tour trip
The place was fantastic and we could not have asked for a better location. We were in town for spring break and to tour CSU. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only negatives at all were the washer/dryer that would not dry our clothes and the beds were a little stiff by day 5. Other than that we loved it and would book again.

Beware: read the fine print, this is a basement unit. Rooms not connected, like condo A&B units.
Driveway entrance is narrow, boulder on one side, entering from east almost impossible, use center of road & make a sharp 90 degree turn into driveway Wifi: only 2.4Ghz, 5.0 Ghz available but no password for it. Tv: no Cable/Sat. Has access to Prime-but not Freevee, so many shows are not available, & tv can’t cast. Bring Roku Kitchen: No : broiler/sheet pans, colander, exhaust fan, oven mitts. Cutting board is small. Chef knife is so dull it’s dangerous. Can opener barely works Eating table & sitting stools high, narrow, hard, & uncomfortable Kitchen is for non-cooks Frig: is 2 small ones, dorm room size & other 50% bigger. Frzr 2-3”ice buildup inside Dishwasher small Washer & Dryer: 1 machine that does both, small, takes 3hrs, overheats & hijacks your clothes Turning on/off, unplugging etc won’t unlock the door Wait until next day- not dry Dry only cycles 2-3x still damp. Gave up & hang on the B” unit shower rod, turn on bathroom heat & close door Beds: ok, only firm in the middle, has memory foam toppers Entry door thresholds have rubber that sticks up & is a tripping hazard B unit: Bath door latch strike plate snags Bcs entry is only about 20” wide The faucet is 1” from back of sink Washing xl hands difficult Shower is small A” unit shower: Stand sideways wash w/one hand Needs arched curved shower curtain Rod Don’t stay if: you are B&T, staying more than 2 days, doing laundry, or need full kitchen. It looks nice, well decorated. But it is just uncomfortable staying here.

Walking distance from CSU
It was a great trip with my son and his colleague. They loved jumping on the cruiser bikes and be able to ride on campus and around town. We made breakfast every morning after we shopped at the lucky market that was close by…Mayb some new cooking pan would be great. Communication with property manager was great. Text respond was within timely manner. Would definitely come back for the connivence.

Perfect Location
This is our 2nd time staying at this property. If you have students at CSU you can’t beat the location. We come with friends every year to enjoy parents weekend. Not having to drive or find parking for all the festivities is the best. The only thing I would recommend is that both bathrooms have a blow dryer and the property needs a deep cleaning windows, under the beds and behind furniture. There was a lot of dirt and spider webs. Other than that it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Weekend visit with my CSU kiddo
Came out for a visit. The location was great, walking distance to her dorm. The house was just what we needed for a fun visit. Plenty of space for us to spread out, relax and play a few games. The kitchen is well stocked, although a cookie sheet would have been nice. We picked up a focaccia at the farmers market, but there wasn't a cookie sheet to cook it on. We made due with aluminum foil and it worked out ok. The table in the kitchen was great for games. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely like to stay again when we come back out for a visit.

This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed it equally to last time. To us the distance to our daughter and downtown was important as well it being a pet friendly property.
