Newer Construction completed in 2017, this elegant and modern 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom loft is located on the upper level above the homeowner's detached garage and is accessed via an exterior stair. Amazing Old Town Fort Collins location on beautiful and historic Mountain Avenue, just 5 block west of Old Town/downtown, 6 blocks north of Colorado State University and 6 blocks to City Park. The 475 S.F. unit has its own exterior access/entrance off of the alley, including a dedicated parking space, and has numerous carefully placed windows providing an abundance of natural light. Quality finishes, including hardwood flooring throughout the space, double barn doors between the living and bedroom spaces, full size bedroom with queen size bed and down comforter, bedside tables, dresser and closet, a kitchenette with under-counter fridge, coffee maker, and finally a luxurious bathroom with tile flooring and large custom shower.

The Loft on Mountain Ave. was a great stay. Everything was in order and clean when we arrived. Location is just a short walk to town and having a parking space next to the garage allows you to park the car and walk from there.

We moved to Fort Collins in 1999 after finishing Architecture school at Montana State University and quickly made it our home. The amazing downtown, incredibly bike-friendly and sustainable community, access to the mountains, and fabulous people make Fort Collins a truly wonderful place to live and raise our family. We still make frequent visits to our native homes in Idaho and Michigan, but are always excited to return home to Fort Collins!

What makes this property unique

Our home is located on Mountain Avenue, where the trolley still travels along the median right in front of our house during summer months, running from Old Town to City Park. Our neighborhood is quiet & friendly, a short walk to all the amenities of Old Town (coffee shops, restaurants, specialty shops, festivals, free summer concerts, etc.) and just a few blocks from our local market. The loft is a unique opportunity to experience the charm of old town living with all the modern conveniences of new construction!
