Comfort in the Mountains

Spacious, safe, clean condo with everything you'd need for a short or long stay. We stayed here for 70 days, close to shopping, highways, University and one hour from Denver and the mountains. Host was extremly helpful, organized, returned messages promptly. Highly recommend this listing.

I work at a software company as a project manager and travel to our customers all over the world. The more I travel, the more I realized how wonderful Fort collins is. I love spending time in the mountains, on the reservoir, and enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I am also an Alumni of University of Wyoming and University of Denver.

The apartment features vaulted ceilings, convenient parking, custom lighting, two bedrooms, two sink areas, one toilet, one shower, spacious upgraded kitchen, washer, dryer, wifi, and scenic balcony, The apartment is located minutes away from grocery stores, dining, parks, CSU, community trails, and public transit.

The neighborhood around the apartment is in a quiet residential area that is minutes away from various grocery stores, restaurants, public transit, CSU, local parks, community trail system, downtown Fort Collins and gas stations. The apartment is located across from a high school, during the school year (August - May) students will be coming and going in the morning and late afternoon.

Two bikes are available for you to use. Fort Collins has an extensive trail system connecting the whole community.

The apartment is one mile south of the college. A bus stop is located right at the street corner.

Uber, Lyft, shuttle services, limo, and local taxi services are available in the community as well (fees apply for those services).
