Fort Collins Old Town

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in this second level two bedroom unit with two balconies. The location is convenient to Old Town and the extensive pedestrian/bike trail system that runs through the adjacent park.

Extended Stay at River Rock

A nicely appointed unit with comfy beds and silky linens. Located within walking distance of downtown and parks. Great little coffee shop nearby . Immediate response by the host to special requests. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Collins.

A month in FoCo

The place was pretty much as advertised. Great location. Quiet, except for the trains going by. Close to the park. Short walk to a ton of restaurants. Our contact was easy to get ahold of and helped when we needed her. Enough room for a couple staying for a month. Not cheap, but we’d stay here again.

Comfortable and super convenient in Fort Collins

This property is just like the pictures, so no surprises. We were very happy with the space and the amenities. We loved being steps form Lee Martinez Park for walking and biking. And just minutes from old town and our favorite shops and restaurant. The management responded quickly to replace our broken coffee maker, and to remove some wasps that created a nest by the front door. We would definitely stay there again—hopefully, next summer!

Old Town convenience

Great location. Near downtown but adjacent to park - best of both worlds! Easy parking. Great apt layout and plenty of closet and dresser space. Kitchen well equipped. Easy and very efficient and personable communication with Stacy. We would definitely stay here on our next visit. The only room for improvement would be that the apt might have used a bit of a more thorough cleaning before we arrived.

FT COLLINS

the property was beautiful. Only draw back for me and I was warned was the stairs. I’m 76 but made a good workout. There are some homeless living in the park across the street but no one bothered me. I wonder why the park is not patrolled at night.
