The location of this property is ideal, sitting within walking distance of Old Town which made our experience much more convenient. The property is clean, well maintained, and the communication with the property manager was very friendly and timely. Overall I would recommend to any small group looking for a place to stay in the heart of Fort Collins!

Relaxing, quiet, well-maintained spot to unwind after each day in the mountains or shopping downtown FoCo. This is my second stay at the 220 Flats and I enjoyed it immensely.

We had a great time checking out Fort Collins and CSU. This was a perfect location for a quick weekend trip. We were right near restaurants and did not need our car at all while we were there.

Ft. Collins Family Visit

We visit Ft. Collins at least annually to visit family. This location is in a perfect location to Old Town, and conveniently located between our family members. Stacy was very responsive, in a very timely fashion, to any questions we had, The space was comfortable and well equipped for our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Cool place in a great location!

We were visiting Fort Collins for the very first time and picked this property based on previous reviews. It did not disappoint. The proximity to Old Town Fort Collins is perfect. The property is very clean and well appointed. I appreciated the coffee. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. My only complaint is that there is a slight musty smell. All in all a great stay!

Well-appointed and central to everything

Spent 3 nights over Thanksgiving and throughly enjoyed the property, which had everything we needed to make the stay very comfortable. The unit itself is a modernized 1960's apartment, but sort of adds to the charm. Situated right across from a park and library, we were close to great shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Fantastic overall value.

Nice updated, utility apartment in a great location! Bedroom bed is very comfortable and nice shower, but the sofa sleeper needs replacing- no dishwasher, but overall great stay!

Exactly What We Needed

This condo is centrally located and within walking distance of Old Town. The property was clean with all of the things we needed for a pleasant stay. This condo is nicely decorated and a great place to relax after a day of exploring Fort Collins and the surrounding areas. Definitely great for 2 people to spread out and relax. Communication was great and when an issue popped up, Stacy was responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. We would definitely consider staying in the same location again. Thank you!

Good location for our stay. Very convenient to downtown and to college area and bike trails. Room was clean and spacious enough. Kitchen was dated but functional. Air condtioning was persnickety. While a first floor property it has more of a basement apartment feel.We had issues if we did laundry in the laundry room while trying to also make dinner and watch tv. The fuse blew 5 times in a row which was frustrating. Calling the support number was easy and fast and person was prompt and attentive. However they could not issue a work order until the following day (when we checked out). That was a juggling situation we did not need.This would be a great rental for someone coming to visit someone at college or to visit the college or simply hang out downtown.

First off, we love this team of people. Stacy is great and we loved Vanessa (Housekeeping Supervisor). We've had great experiences with them in the past, but this place is not as it's represented online. Immediately upon checking in, we were unhappy. The place looks cute online. Looks, bright, and clean. All things it is not. It has a dank smell, and it's shabby/dated. Kuddo's to the photographer because they made this place look 1,000 times better than it truly is. It was not clean on top of the shabbiness. Dirt/gunk in the cupboard, stuff on the nightstand with hair in it, dead bugs, and just unclean in general. I sat on the couch and 2 spiders crawled over me, and I HATE spiders. Location is great and the good news is that everything we had an issue with can be corrected. Communication was great with them, and they tried to make it right by recleaning. Unfortunately for us, that just wasn't enough.

Great location and very impressed with the cleanliness!! Only cons were that the air conditioning was in a window in the living room so you had to leave the bedroom door open for it to reach in there, we also saw quite a few spiders, and lastly, the oven didn’t work, but the host hadn’t been aware of that so I’m sure that’s fixed now. Overall, we would stay there again.

Perfect location

We visited Fort Collins for the first time and stayed here. It’s in a great location - walking distance to the town. We had some issues with the shower door not opening well and they offered to fix it right away (we delayed it since we were working around nap times with our toddler) but great communication. We really loved visiting Fort Collins and if you want to be close to the town this is a great location.

Great location

We stayed for 6 days. We had a great time! This VRBO is in a great spot and close walking distance to downtown Fort Collins. We really enjoyed walking to local restaurants and shops during the week. The owner responded quickly and let us check in early at no charge. The apartment was clean but did find some spiders which is out of the owners control. My only complaints would be there weren’t enough bath towels for a 6 day stay and had to pay 5 to wash them. Overall it was a good trip and great, safe, quiet location.

Wonderful place

We had an excellent time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. For us it was close to the family we were visiting. Also it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, shopping and entertainment.
