Great location. Very cute place but be sure to arrive before dark. It’s very hard to find the correct door at night. Host very responsive to texts.

Very nice place to stay. A 'wee' bit small for two people, with one needing to sleep on the fold-out. Clean & convenient to downtown and the campus.

Great location central to Old Town.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Close enough to walk to dinner or stroll around campus. Space was just right for a short stay for two.

In between at Ft Collins

My adult son and I stayed here as he was moving to a new job in Ft Collins, and it was a great platform to land during the move. Great (although small) space for a couple or close family.

We're so glad you and your son enjoyed your stay during this transition. Thank you for your understanding about the smaller space - we work hard to make the most of the cozy accommodations. We hope you both settle in well to the new job and community.

Small, but mighty!

This place was perfect for my husband and I as we explored FOCO for a week! Had everything we needed and check in/check out was a breeze! We also used the bikes a ton and mostly used them to get around town!

Perfect place by the CSU campus

We stayed here while we dropped our daughter off at college, it was good for two of us, but any more would have been a tight fit, is a very cute but small place. Unit was very cozy and clean. It met our needs perfectly, though as we were out and about in the town and pretty much just slept at the place.

Trendy stay in convenient location

My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting family in the Fort Collins area. The location was super convenient to access several nearby sites including CSU campus and Old Town. The property felt very safe, was quiet, and the features were all updated. We encountered the individuals living upstairs a couple of times and they were very friendly and welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again!
