Brand New, Immaculately Clean Home!
“The Cleanest Place we have ever stayed!” - From a recent Guest book entry! This is a brand new home located in one of Houston’s premier master planned communities. Professionally decorated with 100% brand new quality furnishings, specifically designed by a traveler with travelers in mind. This home has been modeled after some of the finest international hotels with a Texas flair. Comfort and convenience abound with easy access to the Grand Parkway and The Woodlands!
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with premium furnishings designed specifically for travelers. The Master bedroom is a tranquil space free from electronics, with a premium king size mattress. The Kitchen is equipped for normal cooking, and has a Bunn coffee maker (coffee and filters provided) plus full size refrigerator and freezer. The living room has a large genuine leather sectional big enough to seat 8 and a 75” QLED TV with Klipsch sound system (also can be connected to Bluetooth for music). Two secondary bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, TV and desk, and another with full size bed, desk, and TV with sound bar. With three full size desks and chairs, the home is incredibly well setup for business travelers. Full laundry facilities, including a brand new washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are in the home. A premium Webber Genesis grill is on the back patio with patio chairs for those into outdoor cooking, and the front porch has a wonderful seating area that is great for morning coffee.
You will access the home utilizing a coded entry thru the front door. The only spaces reserved for owners only access are the garage and master bedroom closet. The rest of the home is fully accessible, and parking is off street in the driveway, which is large enough for 4 vehicles.
The neighborhood is surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping areas. An HEB and a Kroger grocery store are very close by, also a dry cleaners, hair salons, barber shops, nail salons and a UPS Store for copying, faxing and shipping. Vintage Park is a nearby retail and restaurant center that will transport you to an Italian shopping promenade with special attention to architecture and art. There are several movie theaters in the area. Downtown Tomball offers an opportunity to stroll along several fun stores and great dining both in and out of doors.
We are a 25 minute drive from IAH, 45 minute drive from HOU. We are also a 35 minute drive from downtown or the Galleria area. Nice sidewalks and a nearby lake for exercise or evening strolls. A car or reliance on Uber/Lyft is required to get to any major attractions.
