About this property

The house is a beautiful new house in 2010, it is located 150 m from the beach Lodonnec, the most beautiful beach in Loctudy that allows the family to enjoy the beach without any danger for children. Given its exposure the beach is sunny all day. For fans of water sports, beach Lodonnec is also quite suitable for the practice of windsurfing, sea kayaking, paddle or any other water sport.

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to spend real relaxing holiday. The appliance is very good.

The 4 bedrooms are bright and spacious, bedding is of very good quality. The 4 bedrooms allow everyone to have their independence in order to rest in good conditions. The two bathrooms on each floor also possible to have privacy. The 2 toilets are separated.

The large living room promotes the good times shared. The sunny terrace all day, suite can enjoy the garden where children can play freely.

Short stays are possible on request outside of school holidays.

Lodonnec par excellence

Nous avons passée des jours très agréables en famille dans la maison et à la plage. Il n'y pas des choses, qui manquent. Nous avons aimée beaucoup faire des tours avec les vélos der maison. Quand nous avons eu des questions, Sophie a répondu tout de suit. Merci beaucoup! Wir haben sehr schöne Zeit in Familie im Haus und am Strand verbracht. Im Haus ist an alles gedacht und es fehlt nichts. Besonders haben uns die Fahrradtouren mit den hauseigenen Rädern gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie lief problemlos! Merci beaucoup!

Great location and facilities

We were a party of 7 and the house was perfect for us. Particularly loved the open plan living area and the large table. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach, which is a stone throw away, is beautiful and quiet. Sophie the host was really helpful. Overall, a lovely place, which we’re sure to go back to.

Ferien in Lodonnec

Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen. Der Garten, die Grosszügigkeit vom Haus und die Nähe zum schönen Strand hat uns gut gefallen. Mit der Sauberkeit hat es etwas gehapert und eine persönliche Übergabe hätte uns besser gefallen. Mit dem Schlüsselcode lief aber alles reibungslos.
