Welcome to Condo Gaviota (Seagull) in the Gaviotas II Condos in sunny Playa del Carmen. The central, convenient location, puts you close to all major attractions in Playa. You are only 7 minutes walking distance to Mamitas Beach and 5th Avenue. Plus there are many restaurants, cafes, fresh juice/smoothies and health food stores just around the corner. All are within short walking distance. Plus, Gaviotas has a heated pool!

Your 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is fully-equipped for your comfort and pleasure. Both the master suite and guest suite offer double beds.
Notably, the master suite offers patio access and pool views.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook in terms of equipment, while the entire condo has fast wireless internet access. The living room offers pool views. Just off the living room rests your private balcony overlooking the pool. The long balcony sports a hammock to laze away on, a dining table with seating for 4 and a BBQ.

The Gaviotas II Condos are a 2-minute walk from Mega, a large supermarket and DAK, a fresh fruit and vegetable market. 5th Avenue, the 2-mile long pedestrian boulevard with a myriad of dining and shopping options. If you enjoy golf, the Hard Rock course is only 2 miles away in Playacar. And if you like hiking and swimming, there are cenotes (underground swimming holes) in Playa del Carmen, only a 3 mile drive away.

To get to your condo, we offer airport transportation service at an extra cost from the Cancun Airport, which is only a 45-minute drive away. Our concierge will meet and greet you at the condo and can offer you services from grocery shopping to babysitting, tour bookings, restaurant reservations and more.

Great stay in a great area

Loved the location of this condo, so convenient to everything! The pool is awesome! The condo is comfortable, although the small size of the kitchen makes every day meal preparation a bit difficult. It would also be nice to have screens to keep the bugs down as we prefer to cool the unit with fans and open doors, rather than using AC. By being conscious of our electricity use our cost was only 275 pesos for the month! All contact with the property manager was promptly responded to. It would be nice to boost the WiFi as I couldn't get a signal on the balcony, which by the way is a nice size with privacy from foliage and a lovely hammock to laze in. One TV needs replacing, and we would prefer if there was a TV in the living area, but they are as shown in photos. Would also be nice to have more than a couple of English speaking channels. Overall had a lovely stay in this condo and looking at options to stay in this complex in the future.
