Il est au 3ème étage et se compose d'une entrée avec lits superposés, de nombreux rangements sont à disposition, un séjour lumineux avec convertible d'appoint donnant sur un balcon où vous pourrez profiter du coucher de soleil avec sa vue sur la mer, un coin cuisine équipée, une chambre avec un lit deux places, une salle d'eau et des WC. Le tout dans une décoration chaleureuse, dans un logement de qualité et en très bon état. Remise et retour des clés sur La Rochelle.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Piscine ouverte juillet/aout, tennis, parking privé extérieur, proche de la plage, au pied du Casino de Chatelaillon Plage. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Appartement certes bien situé à quelques pas de la plage mais dans une résidence vieillissante où l on se retrouve les uns sur les autres. La location est equipee au minimum, la literie très moyenne. Vendu avec piscine ! … qui n est pas dans la résidence mais à l extérieur. Ce qui n est pas précisé clairement dans l annonce. Aucun état des lieux à l entrée et aucune explication quant au fonctionnement. Il aurait été juste normal de laisser des instructions comme le lieu des poubelles, de la piscine (il faut la trouver !!!) et autres commodités bien utiles lorsqu on est en vacances.

Appartement adorable, décoration soignée et très bien placé. On voit l'océan depuis la baie vitrée, entre le casino et un immeuble !
