Welcome home to Ventura's "After Dune Delight" a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom plus 1 bathroom home located in an incredibly desirable spot! Right across the street from Marina Park AND the Beach!! This entire home has been remodeled and is like NEW!!! The back yard is incredibly spacious, with plenty of patio furniture, a BBQ, and a fire-pit to enjoy the beautiful beach weather and lifestyle! There is an outdoor shower in the back yard, as well as access to the private laundry room.
