Large house in good location

A very comfortable house with all of the necessary conveniences. Spacious rooms with radiators in each room. It was cold and rainy but house was warm and had washer and dryer to wash our wet clothes. The sun room, patio, and nicely landscaped yard would be great on a sunny day. Hosts were very welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist großzügig. 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei davon in der ersten Etage, ein großes Wohn/Esszimmer, eine separate Küche, 2 Bäder und eine separate Toilette. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Das Haus ist hell mit Blick vom Wohnzimmer Richtung Meer. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine sehr gute Zeit dort verbracht und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Bedingt

Nicht Behindertengerecht

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind nicht Behindertengerecht. Der Hauseingang ist nur über 13 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 weitere Stufen. Das Haus befindet sich oberhalb einer Steilklippe zum Strand sind es 147 Treppenstufen. Ferner bedarf das Haus in einigen Bereichen insbesondere der Küche einer Grundreinigung und Austausch div. Küchengeräte. Im Obergeschoss gibt es keine Kleiderschränke.

Alles was man sich wünscht

Unsere Aufnahme und Übergabe war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und nah zum Strand gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist geeignet für einen unkomplizierten Urlaub. Ein guter Bäcker und Schlachter sind in einem kurzen Morgenspaziergang zu erreichen. Rundherum alles was man sich wünscht.

Juste formidable !

Que dire ? Il n'y a pas grand-chose à dire si ce n'est que le séjour était fantastique sur tous les plans... maison superbement située, bien équipée, bien agencée et avec des couchers de soleil sur l'océan à tomber ! L'emplacement idéal car Donville et Granville sont des villes superbes, proximité des plages du débarquement, Le mont-St-Michel, St Malo, Coutances, les îles Chausey... Même pas le temps de faire la cité de la mer à Cherbourg ! Et les frangins proprio, Bertrand et Thierry fort sympathiques ;-) Merci pour tout !

Ein tolles Haus mit wunderschöner Lage

Wir durften 2 schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbringen. Es liegt in 2. Reihe, hat aber einen schönen Meerblick. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. In wenigen Minuten kann man den Strand erreichen. Besonders schön ist auch ein Spaziergang nach Granville. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Danke für die unproblematische Abwicklung und den schönen Aufenthalt.

Toller Urlaub

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einen sehr schönen Haus. Das Wetter war perfekt, das Meer und der Strand sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht. Der Blick auf ' s Meer beim Frühstück ist toll - was will man mehr. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Es war ruhig und dennoch nicht einsam. Das Haus bietet alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ein dickes Lob an Bertrand und seine Familie- auch für den herzlichen Empfang.

La maison est agréable et bien située. Granville est facile d’accès à pied, la plage en contrebas et les commerces à 500m. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil du propriétaire, très disponible et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Merci !

Maison de famille avec une superbe vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de famille de la famille Seguin. Bel espace baigné de la lumière et superbe vue sur la mer. On peut aussi y admirer le coucher du soleil tout en dînant! Maison bien équipée et accueil convivial de la fratrie qui veille ace que tout soit parfait pour votre séjour. Proximité de la plage très appréciable et du centre de Granville à 15mn à pied.

Erholsame Tage an der normannischen Küste

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem großzügigen Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, parken kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage und zweiten Etage und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Dadurch hat man vom Wintergarten und Esszimmer Meerblick. Der Strand ist über eine Treppe 150 Stufen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Er ist überwacht und es gibt Duschen, Toiletten und eine kleine Bar. Bei Ebbe kann man im Meerwasserschwimmbecken schwimmen. Die Betten sind gut, die Kissen etwas zu dick- je nach Geschmack. Wenn man nachfragt, kann man bestimmt, statt der übergroßen französischen Bettdecke, zwei getrennte Decken bekommen. Auf der Terrasse kann man sich schön windgeschützt aufhalten. Den Grill haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet (wie in der Beschreibung) (Nespresso und Filterkaffeemaschine). Es ist alles da, was ,man zum Kochen benötigt. Einkaufen kann man in der Nähe beim Bäcker und einem kleinen Supermarkt und für einen Großeinkauf gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten Leclerc in Granville. Betrand hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und war immer für uns erreichbar.

Maison tres agreable à Donville

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Donville. Tout était parfait. La maison vue sur mer est spacieuse, les lits confortables, la terrasse abritée du vent et au soleil est un plus. Rien ne manque dans cette maison. Les procédures de d’arrivée et de départ sont faciles avec les propriétaires très sympas.

Shönes, großes Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus liegt in 2-ter Reihe, hat aber noch Meerblick. Es ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet (z.Bsp.: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Espresso-Maschine, Außengrill uvm.) was man in einer guten Ferienwohnung erwartet... Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. In 500 m Entfernung liegt die Hautpstrasse von Donville mit Restaurants, Bars, Bäckerei etc. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
