As you walk through the entrance gate of Bisou du Soleil you are welcomed by the lush tropical walkway and you instantly feel you are on vacation. Bisou du Soleil, translated is “Kiss of the Sun”, is a serene, private villa set high upon the hill in Pelican Key with unobstructed 220° ocean.

As you enter the front door you are greeted by the magical view of the Caribbean Sea and the mesmerizing shades of turquoise water.

The expansive deck runs the length of the entire villa and has several lounging areas where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and read your favorite book, watch the cruise ships pass by or admire the mega yachts anchored in Simpson Bay. After a long, hard day of relaxing on one of the Island’s many beaches, the deck is the perfect spot to grab your favourite cocktail and enjoy a front row seat for one of the beautiful sunsets that can only be experienced in Sint Maarten.

Whether you are planning a completely private, romantic escape for two or wanting to have a fun and relaxing vacation with friends or family, Bisou can accommodate. Lovely Villa and Views

We had a wonderful time at Bisou Du Soleil. We were three couples and the villa was designed perfectly to accommodate three couples or a family. There are three bedrooms, all facing the ocean and all have ensuite bathrooms for privacy. There is a fourth half-bath in the common area. The pool and deck area is lovely with lots of sunbeds and lounging furniture. Cora the housekeeper was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we may have had and was available anytime should we have needed anything. The house is up a steep hill, so if you don't have a car, it's not too bad to walk down the hill but we did take a taxi up at the end of the evening when we didn't feel like making the trek up the hill, as we didn't have a car. The villa is in the Pelican Key/Simpson Bay Marina area. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and KimSha Beach is a 12 minute walk down the hill. All in all we had a wonderful stay and vacation.

Beautiful Views and Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The pool and patio were exceptional. The fact that each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is a 1/2 bath to use when you come in from the pool is so nice- especially since we had three couples. Plenty of space for everyone and very convenient to all of the nightlife. It's a bit of a hike up the hill when you walk, but that's why the views are so great. We rented a car and there's a nice grocery store at the bottom of the hill. The owners were also great at getting back to us. Would highly recommend this property.
