As you walk through the entrance gate of Bisou du Soleil you are welcomed by the lush tropical walkway and you instantly feel you are on vacation. Bisou du Soleil, translated is “Kiss of the Sun”, is a serene, private villa set high upon the hill in Pelican Key with unobstructed 220° ocean.

As you enter the front door you are greeted by the magical view of the Caribbean Sea and the mesmerizing shades of turquoise water.

The expansive deck runs the length of the entire villa and has several lounging areas where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and read your favorite book, watch the cruise ships pass by or admire the mega yachts anchored in Simpson Bay. After a long, hard day of relaxing on one of the Island’s many beaches, the deck is the perfect spot to grab your favourite cocktail and enjoy a front row seat for one of the beautiful sunsets that can only be experienced in Sint Maarten.

Whether you are planning a completely private, romantic escape for two or wanting to have a fun and relaxing vacation with friends or family, Bisou can accommodate. With three master bedrooms, all with ocean views, their own full bathroom and own safe, you can travel together and also enjoy complete privacy at the same time.

Stunning views

This property checked a lot of boxes for us. It is in a great location, the views are amazing, and there many spaces for relaxing. The outdoor area was a favourite for sure! Lots of places to sit and lounge and the pool was refreshing and clean when we needed cool off. We spent much of our time outside and the views never got old. We enjoyed watching planes, boats, cruise ships and sunsets!
