Lieu de ressourcement idéal

Je recommande ce gîte, situé dans une clairière, à qui souhaite s'extraire un peu du monde et écouter les oiseaux. Un chevreuil nous a même gratifié de sa visite lors de notre séjour. Le petit bémol, c'est le bruit de la chaudière si vous y allez en dehors de l'été et le fait que le plancher de l'étage n'est absolument pas isolé (vous entendez le moindre pas à l'étage). Mais ces petits désagréments ne pèsent pas très lourd comparés à la splendeur du lieu.

Très agréable séjour

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour qui cherche à s'isoler dans la nature. Nous avons même eu, un soir, la visite d'un chevreuil à quelques mètres de la maison. Celle-ci se situe dans une petite clairière splendide, au milieu des arbres. Le petit bémol : la maison et son chauffage sont très sonores. On entend assez fort la chaudière et on entend beaucoup au RDC les pas des personnes qui marchent au premier. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un excellent séjour.

Un bout du monde parfait a la détente !

Maison très confortable, bien rénovée, pleine de charme. Environnement authentique. La rivière en contrebas fût un vrai plus pour notre séjour au vu de la canicule de cette année. Le logement est très bien équipé, rien ne nous a manqué ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Les sites /village à visiter se situent entre 30 et 1h15 de route. La maison est doté d'un plancher à l'étage, il y a pas beaucoup d'isolation entre les chambres de l'étage et celles du bas, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Pour conclure belle découverte avec de très bonnes vacances !

Cadre idyllique pour une déconnexion entre amis

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Marsende. Le cadre est idyllique pour une connexion à la nature. Les enfants se sont régalés en jouant dans le ruisseau. Tous les équipements sont présents et de bonne qualité. Des randonnées sont accessibles au pied du terrain. La Situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter les villages classés (Belcastel, Villefranche de Rouergue, Najac, Rodez, et bien d'autres...) nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette maison de vacances. Nous reviendrons ❤️

Nous avons passé en famille un très agréable séjour dans cette maison coquette et très confortable située en pleine nature sur un terrain arboré proche d'un ruisseau. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur très chaleureux accueil facilement joignable s'il y avait eu un problème.
