In the opposite direction is the Indian River/Bay only 2 blocks away. Where you can enjoy fresh water fishing off the pier or kayaking. May-Sept. the turtles are nesting right on our beach. We saw 4 on our first early morning excursion. We have yet to see the hatchling immerge but it's possible into Nov. There are multiple parks close by with tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts. A Children's park and playground are also within walking distance.

Our house is in a residential area: no events or gathering allowed.
Guest are limited to 4 unless Grandparents are part of the group. We very much enjoy sharing our home with extended families.
Guest must have visitors approved. We do not allow more than 6 people on the property at anytime.
