You will not have to go very far to enjoy yourselves. With the screened in porch, BBQ and pool area just outside your door. The beach is at the end of our street a BLOCK away. In the opposite direction is the Indian River/Bay only 2 blocks away. Where you can enjoy fresh water fishing off the pier or kayaking. May-Sept. the turtles are nesting right on our beach. We saw 4 on our first early morning excursion. Hatchling immerge into Nov. There are multiple parks close by with tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts. A Children's park and playground are also within walking distance.

Our house is in a residential area: no events or gathering allowed.
Guest are limited to 4 unless Grandparents are part of the group. We very much enjoy sharing our home with extended families.
Guest must have visitors approved. We do not allow more than 6 people on the property at anytime.
