Maui Government Approved Short term rental located in the Hotel District. Direct beach access to North Kaanapali Beach from building. This unique property has a PANORAMIC VIEW and everything you will need for a dream vacation for 4 people. The condo has just been completely renovated to become the most stunning state of the art condo in Maui Kai. The condo includes a magnificent chefs kitchen, new bathroom and shower, 75" TV with Sonos home theatre sound system, new furniture and brand new Tempur-Pedic king size bed , Spinning exercise bike over the ocean view!!

The MAUI KAI resort is the closest to the water's edge that you can find on Maui. We are just a few feet from the ocean and the beach, which stretches for miles. In the evening you can watch the amazingly beautiful sunsets all year round. From November to April whale watching is a highlight right from the lanai and for those who like to swim, there are often turtles a few yards from the shore.

BUILDING IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING. Located on the fourth floor with approximately 860 square feet of living space,with central air conditioning. This unit has a 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The apartment itself is ultra modern and ideal for accommodating a family as there are two sofa beds aside from the bed in the bedroom. The lanai is enclosed with large sliding screens and windows, that open so that you can enjoy the view and the proximity to the. We can accommodate 2 adults and two children.

The Maui Kai resort is situated in a very convenient location, being close to shops for your everyday needs, and just a few minutes drive south to old Lahaina town, or north to the famous resort area of Kapalua. THERE IS FREE PARKING on the property!

Great location, quiet, communicative hosts, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The condo was clean and had every amenity you could think of. I liked that it was quaint yet steps away from all the hustle and bustle of the larger properties. I would definitely book again!

Scenic Kaanapili coast retreat

Breathtaking views of the waters from Molokai to Lanai. A comfortable and well equipped condo centrally located for enjoying Maui. During whale season one can see from the lanai of the condo many Humpback whales roaming the area.

This place is truly amazing, one of a kind - the view alone is worth it! I’ve never seen such a beautiful view, and the lanai was breathtaking! The room was very well taken care of, had everything we needed - from pots and pans, to binoculars and swim gear - we can’t rate this place highly enough!

Once in a Lifetime Vacation!

This is a must stay condo if visiting the west end of Maui. The views are absolutely spectacular and the property was so quiet. Everything was just as described in the listing and the unit was spotless. Just a wonderful vacation from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here.

This is a great property: Very well-equipped, comfy bed, beautiful, fabulous view, and very convenient for all that we enjoyed during our stay. Loved having the spin bike on the lanai. And really had fun watching the whales, dolphins, and turtles right out front! The owners are very responsive and communicative, which was very much appreciated, especially after a lengthy arrival flight delay. We hope to visit Maui again in the future, and this property would be our first pick for booking again.

A beautiful condo in paradise

Condo was awesome!

This property was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. We never used any of the kitchen stuff to cook with, but it’s well stocked! The views from the lanai are second to none. We sat out there every morning and evening just listening to the waves crash in and it was so relaxing! There is a grocery store across the street for whatever you need which was convenient. Overall an excellent stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Great Ocean view

My husband and I absolutely loved Barry’s place! It looks exactly how it’s listed the views of the lanai are incredible. We couldn’t get over the beautiful sunsets we were able to experience from the lanai. We even got to see turtles from the lanai! 50th Wedding Anniversary

We came to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to watch the migration of the humpbacks. The lanai on this property was perfect…we watched mamma and baby whales, turtles and manta rays. Because the lanai could be enclosed, we were able to still sit outside when it was windy and even when it rained. We will return!!!

Honeymoon getaway

This place was as good as advertised. Actually the beach access was closer than we thought. It's literally a walk through the back lobby and you are there. Just minutes away. We saw a school of dolphins from our porch with our binoculars. Would highly recommend!
