Important Note: May 1 through July 24 there will be no AC due to roof replacement. Reduced rates are $275/nt. during this time, almost half our regular rates. Our 7th floor (#717) location has flow-through trade winds, and ceiling fans and extra floor fans for great ventilation. Many guests take a dip in the pool or the ocean, enjoy the tropical breezes, and never even use the AC. And we always offer an additional discount of 5% for a 7 night or longer stay. This is a 12 story building, so noise and disruption should be minimal. Work is done M-F from 8 to 5.

Relax out on the lanai, on the chaise lounge or at the dining table, and enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktails with the mesmerizing ocean in front of you. We visit our condo often to refurbish and maintain it, and we have many happy repeat guests.
You'll be renting directly from us the owners, as we personally manage our condo with wonderful on-island staff should any need arise. There are no hidden fees, whether resort fees, booking fees, management fees or parking costs.
Mahana 717 is in the Lanai building (the north tower is the Molokai building) and is direct oceanfront, with sweeping views of the blue Pacific and the beautiful tropical islands of Molokai and Lanai. See turtles, dolphins, and whales from the bedroom, the lanai and the floor-to-ceiling windows. This is a one bedroom condo with Cal King bed, and a Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, and will comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. It includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, central A/C (except dates specified above), with large pool, spa, and the beach right downstairs. You can play tennis, pickleball, or shuffleboard. There are two BBQ areas and plenty of free parking.
The kitchen includes refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig single cup or carafe coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, French press, waffle iron, electric hand mixer, toaster, and full spice rack. We don't just leave you a "starter kit" of paper products and soaps. You'll find plenty of supplies for your stay, including foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, laundry soap, and paper products. Choose to dine out at wonderful local restaurants, or cook your own meals at the condo...you'll find everything you need. Perhaps grill some fresh catch downstairs (try some local Opah, also called Moonfish), or get some take-out, and dine on your own private lanai. Dramatic sunsets and the beautiful islands of Lanai and Molokai will be in full view...you won't find a better table at any restaurant!
During our fall '23 visit, added a new 55" Smart TV in the living room, to make it easier to stream your favorite shows. There's a DVD player, another TV in the bedroom, two large ceiling fans, new washer/dryer, an iron and ironing board, and many other extras to make your stay comfortable. You'll find beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and 2 coolers, and a personally curated/frequently updated list of nearby restaurants, shops and other amenities. You can visit the Maui Concierge Services desk downstairs in the lobby, to conveniently book activities and tours for your stay.
There's a reason our condo has consistently "exceptional" 5.0/5 reviews. We answer your questions promptly, and you're not dealing with a big management company, or being assigned some random unit. Our condo's reviews are submitted directly to our listing by our prior guests. We can't change a word of them, only add our reply. All the photos are of our actual unit. The keypad door entry system and self-registration give you easy access. Including the spacious lanai, it’s 1000 sq. feet of paradise, with everything you need for your island escape...the only thing missing is YOU! Better plan ahead, our calendar stays pretty full.
We visit Maui 2 to 3 times a year, continually upgrading and refurbishing the condo, making sure it's exactly as promised. Don't be surprised to find the condo even better than the pictures and description.
This condo is recommended for up to 4 adults, and is not set up to be child-friendly (no porta crib, etc.). There is no children's pool, and the pool downstairs begins at 4 ft. and ends at 9 ft.
