I've stayed at the Mahana several times over the years and love the property. It's close to the water's edge and is next door to the Honua Kai with Duke's and the start of the Ka'anapali beachwalk that takes you to Whaler's Village and beyond (5.5 miles RT if you do the whole thing). The condo is comfortable, has an incredible view, and all the basics one might need. The management company was very responsive, provided helpful information and reminders, and was great when I had an quickly solved issue. I'll definitely stay there again!!

Check in was very smooth with a numbered key pad. Location of the apartment for us was excellent. The views outstanding! Condo building amenities and property grounds were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer were great. Beach area directly in front of building and an amazing beach about 4-5 min walk from your doorstep. Sunset views were perfect! The apartment however needs tlc and maintenance. There were several issues upon arrival and we notified the management company. They were responsive, asked for pictures and asked if they could send a handyman to look at the issues. We advised we did not want that as we had just arrived and we could live with the issues but wanted management to be aware of the problems. As time went on there were several more issues, again we advised management and they asked me to send pics which I did. What were the issues, faucet handles on the bathroom sink came off in your hand, mold on ceiling in the shower, glass shower door rubber bumpers were missing and door closed onto metal door frame, toilet had 2 noticeable cracks, hinge on overhead kitchen cabinet door was broken (door was only attached with one hinge). Table setting for 2 people only had 1 chair. Chair on lanai was missing foot assembly and was unsteady. Very limited space for unpacking your clothes, most drawers were filled with extra linens. With maintenance this could be a great place. Stayed 3 times in the building.

Beautiful

Easy check in with door code, room had basic cooking essentials which was convenient also had tide pods for washing. Easy beach access and beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again.
