Great house and area

We had a great holiday in the area. The house is very well positioned to explore everything. Lovely to come back each day to the peace and quiet as the area can be busy in August. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. If you really need a good connection then a tablet or laptop would be better with Ethernet cables. We only had iPhones with us which did not connect to Wi-Fi very well. A very well equipped house with good appliances. Plenty of places to eat out nearby and also a good variety of markets and shops to get provisions. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Une semaine agréable mais un avis mitigé

Jérôme a été très disponible et prévenant avant notre arrivée. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans sa maison ! La région est superbe. Nous avons apprécié la convivialité des pièces de vie, la nature environnante, et les équipements qualitatifs du jardin (slack, tirolienne, table de ping pong, etc). Toutefois, et même si cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances, quelques déceptions à noter : - une prestation ménage qui semblait avoir été faite un peu rapidement - maison qui a plus de vécu que sur les photos (des petits travaux de rafraîchissement seraient les bienvenus) - pelouse non coupée ce qui rendait le jardin bien moins agréable que sur les photos... c'est dommage - box internet non fonctionnelle et très peu de réseau mobile ce qui avait été demandé au propriétaire avant la réservation... dommage aussi - on nous avait aussi proposé de pouvoir emprunter 2 ou 3 vélos mais ce n'était pas le cas. Il y a bien des vélos mais ils sont soit cadenacés soit en trop mauvais état pour être utilisés. - une voisine est venue nous dire que nous étions trop bruyants. Nous jouions au ping pong en pleine après-midi. Cette dernière a été agressive envers une enfant. C’était désagréable. - il faut prendre la voiture (ou le vélo) pour faire de belles ballades. Autour de la maison, c'est un peu limité - une meilleure préparation de la maison avant l'arrivée des locataires aurait été la bienvenue

Tres bel environnement, départ de balades à pied avec des enfants. Tres grand jardin ombragé avec jeux d’enfant nombreux. Maison tres bien conçue pour famille. Accessibilité pour personne en fauteuil, avec douche à l’italienne et wc séparé, rare dans le secteur. Toutes les plages et animations à 15 mns (Locmariaquer/Crac’h/Carnac/Erdeven).

un merveilleux séjour

L'appellation "maison d'architecte" n'est pas en soi une garantie, car il y a de bons et de mauvais architectes. Mais il faut reconnaître que celui de Jérôme est particulièrement doué. En effet, nous avons été conquis par sa maison. Imaginez une vaste salle de séjour entourée de grandes baies vitrées nous donnant l'impression de vivre en pleine nature, une cuisine ouverte sur ce séjour, une immense chambre attenante, d'autres chambres à l'étage avec chacune leur personnalité. L'ensemble sobrement décoré, avec beaucoup de goût ( c'est toutefois dommage que la teinte marron des fauteuils ne s'harmonise pas avec le blanc qui domine dans le séjour - mais c'est là un avis personnel"). Imaginez un grand jardin implanté en pleine forêt. Pas un bruit, hormis les cris des oiseaux et (parfois) le glissement de la pluie sur les baies vitrées. Et tout cela entouré de belles demeures bretonnes, à quelques kilomètres de la mer, que l'on peut gagner à vélo . Bref, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison.

Maison très agréable, bon accueil. Il faudra cependant veiller à l'entretien. Les locataires précédents avaient abîmé la location, il y avait donc des travaux à faire. Nous avons passé néanmoins un très agréable séjour.

Very pleasant stay

A very nice place. Very good situated: very close to Carnac, Quiberon, golf de Morbihan. Very quiet away from the crowd and still very close. Very nice garden. Corinne (she receives you) is super nice. Only: the kitchen equipment could be better (e.g. not enough dishes for a bigger group). But all in all, this place can be highly recommended!

Eine Oase der Ruhe!

Wir waren im Sommer 2019 mit 5 Erwachenen und 6 Kindern im wundervollen Haus von Morgane und Jerome. Die Internetpräsentation hat vollumfänglich gepasst. Das Haus und der umliegende Wald sind ein Traum. Die Nähe zum Meer ist mit ca. 3 km gut machbar und hat uns völlig gereicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Haus geräumig und das vorhandene Klavier war großartig für uns alle. Ich finde keine negativen Ecken. Alles im Haus ist neu, nach FengShui eingerichtet und strahlt viel Liebe zum Detail aus. Der Urlaub war perfekt und wir haben uns in die Landschaft verliebt. Vielen Dank an Jerome und Morgane, sowie Corinne für den Ort, den sie uns erlaubt haben kennenzulernen. Wir kommen in jedem Falle wieder! LG Jutta

A beautiful,amazing, clean and peaceful house.

We really loved this modern family home set in the forest. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us. We enjoyed the tranquility of its location and spotting lots of birds and other wild life in the garden. There is plenty to do locally and wished we had more time. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly!! Would highly recommend!

Très bonnes vacances, activités sportives, culturelles, de pleine nature, région superbe.

Belle maison spacieuse, confortable, lumineuse, convenant parfaitement à notre famille de 9 personnes. Environnement calme, petit hameau en forêt, propice au repos et à la déconnexion. À dix minutes en voiture de la Trinité ou Carnac, qui proposent diverses activités nautiques et autres. Quelques bons restaurants et glaciers, gastronomie typiquement bretonne et de qualité. Visite d'une entreprise ostréicole avec dégustation vivement recommandée. La maison était très bien, même si quelques petites choses nous ont manqué : absence de placards et penderies dans les chambres, pas de transats pour vraiment profiter de la terrasse, frigo un peu petit pour une famille nombreuse, pas de lumière sur la terrasse pour les soirées d'été. À part ça, que du positif, nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment très bien.
