Large T2 cabin ideally located in Saint Pierre la Mer
In sought-after residence, large T2 cabin of 39m² + balcony 5m², completely renovated in 2018/2019, l'Oeil Doux residence in St Pierre la Mer.
The residence is very quiet and ideally located, 200m from the sea: 1 min walk from the square and its shops, 2 min from the market, 4 min from the sea. You put the car down and don't touch it anymore.
The bedroom is spacious: wardrobe and large 160x200 bed with memory foam mattress. Cot on request.
Pleasant cabin, bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and storage under the beds.
XL shower cabin. New dishwasher and washing machine.
Numbered parking space inside the residence.
St Pierre la Mer is an ideal seaside resort for families with its large beaches, its morning and evening market, its fairground, the goufre de l'Oeil Doux less than 2 km from the residence and its many possibilities for walks in the Clape.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Household linen not provided.
