This is a cozy (700sq ft), remodeled, single level 1 bedroom duplex and 1 bath. We are just steps to the sand and 4 blocks to Main Street and the pier. The property is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a trundle bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Includes 1 garage space with washer and dryer.

The property is a duplex and we have both units set up as vacation rentals. Check availability of other unit Vrbo #1664168.

Our stay at this lovely, and very cute, beach cottage was perfect! The cottage was very clean, cozy and welcoming. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and although we didn't use it to sleep, the day-bed was super comfy and great to sit on and watch the world go by.The kitchen was well stocked with all the usual essentials and there were plenty of clean towels for our 9 day stay.The location couldn't be better! Steps from the beach and a short 4 minute walk to the pier and Main Street, which had plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques etc. to browse and enjoy.The directions and check-in details were very clear and easy to follow, and we used the guest parking pass to be able to park on the street. This was also easy to obtain online, with clear instructions from the host.There were plenty of different options for cooling the space, depending on time of year, and we had no issues with temperatures.We are staying in the other side of the duplex in August and we cannot wait to get back and enjoy this perfect Seal Beach gem!!!

The cozy cottage was exactly as shown in the pictures, but it doesn't do justice to the charming ambiance inside! The coastal themed decorations and fabrics contribute to the aura of a seaside retreat. We walked to the Seal Beach pier and listened to local musicians entertain us in the sunshine. If we had children, we could have taken the sand bucket and shovel from the garage, along with some beach chairs and towels to go play in the sand; just on the other side of the berm. We absolutely loved staying in this place and would love to come back for longer. PS, the bed was soft (think Goldilocks - just right) and the linens were luscious. Everything was clean and nicely maintained with just the right amount of storage. The kitchen was stocked with every small appliance, mixing bowl or utensil that you could possible conceive of. Check in was super simple!!
