Property was exactly as described. It was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Frank answered all questions we had promptly. The elevators were very quick, so it didn’t take but a minute to get to the 19th floor. Only downside was not being allowed 2 cars for our stay, and having to pay to park our other car about 5 miles away. We absolutely loved our stay at Seychelles and Panama City, we definitely would stay here again!

Great condo and location

Perfect vacation getaway!

We stayed over fall break and couldn't have been more thrilled! The condo was gorgeous and had everything that our family of four needed. Would for sure come back for our future vacations. Frank was great to deal with also, he made it super easy.A+++

Beautiful view

Renting the property was a breeze. The view was amazing!! Schooners being next door was great. The only concern we had was the floors were still covered in sand when we arrived. I swept up about 1/4 cup of sand. It seemed someone forgot to sweep. Parking was plentiful & we love this end of the strip

Great vacation & beautiful location

Everything was as advertised. The room was clean. It was big enough for my family of 4. We had everything we needed as far as cooking utensils, towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc. The bunk beds were big enough for 2 teenage girls. The master bed was comfy. There's a pullout couch bed if needed. There are 2 bathrooms which was really nice. The oveanview was amazing from the balcony. Right on the beach. There were 2 nice size pools. One had a hottub. You can see the beach from the pool. Super easy beach access. There were 2 nice beach chairs with an umbrella that came with the room. Schooners was literally right next door. You can walk in from the beach and eat or get a drink to go. Food was great. There were multiple other restaurants very close. The Marlin was excellent place to eat fresh seafood. Walking the whole beach was nice. Sands and ocean are beautiful. Parking was easy. Right across the street. We had a parking pass. There were luggage carts available upon arrival. There's a food market close by and a walmart for groceries. I work out and there is a small fitness room i used every morning. There was enough nice equipment, machines, and weights. The staff is super nice and helpful. We had a rainy day when we went to Ripleys a Believe It Or Not museum, which was fun. And we went to an indoor black light putt putt place. If you have smaller kids, there are other things to do close by as well. Overall our stay was great. I would love to go back again.

It was OK.....

I've stayed at Seychelles before but this was my first visit in this unit. The owner was really easy to work with, very quick to answer any questions, easy instructions for check-in and fast refund on the deposit. The unit was clean and that's the main thing for me. However, the washer and dryer is very outdated and the dryer takes 2 cycles to dry your clothing most of the time. The mattress on the sofa bed is worn out and my kids complained all week, I almost went to walmart to buy a blow-up mattress. The patio is very crowded because of a table that doesn't really fit out there. The patio chairs were just kind of scattered about and padded which was aggravating because when you come up from swimming and you're wet, the last thing you want to sit on is a padded chair. They never dry! So when you're dry, you can't sit on the patio without getting your butt wet!! The master bathroom door does not lock so you have to lock the whole room for privacy which can be inconvenient for others that may need to get into the room while someone is in the restroom. The last thing about this condo is that you're asked to wash some towels and sheets before you leave. There is a detergent pod and dryer sheet in a ziploc for you to do this. I understand that the cleaners may have a tight schedule and this probably helps out with their time, but it was inconvenient for me trying to pack up and wash everything I needed to be clean before I left. I was charged a cleaning fee, so I shouldn't feel obligated to clean sheets and/or towels. Not interested in staying in this unit again. It was OK, but I've had better for a better price.

Perfection!

We were not sure about location but everything about our stay was perfect! Everything available that we needed. Loved covered parking. Elevators ran smooth and fast. Sunsets from 19th floor were indescribable! Wished we had more time to use all the amenities. Definitely hope to return soon!

Great Condo!

Seychelles **** exceeded our expectations. The price was right, location on the less crowded east end of PCB, and Schooners Restaurant literally next door. This condo has 2 bathrooms which was very helpful to our family of 4. 2 bunk beds in the hallway providing ample sleeping space. Beach service (2 lounge chairs, cushions, and umbrella) included. This is a $210 weekly rental savings! We were initially concerned about being on the 19th floor and having to wait on elevators. No worries, Seychelles has 3 high speed elevators and it was never an issue with wait time. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. We stayed the week before July 4th week and our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay in Seychelles **** again! Frank was very quick to respond to emails prior to our stay. We didn't have any issues or need to contact him during our stay.

Would definitely use this lister again

Long story short, this wasn't the original condo I had booked for my family. The owners of the "original" condo I booked last September decided at last minute to back out of renting the condo, leaving me to scramble to find another. Luckily, I came across this condo, yes it was higher for less space than the original, BUT with it being close enough to our vacation time and holidays I expected to pay more. The man who had it listed was very nice and answered all of my questions even after we had gotten there. The place was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. Our week stay was amazing there and I would definitely book again with the lister.
