Located very close to Tree Tops and Otsego club this self contained facility has everything you need to keep your group entertained while not on the golf course, ski slopes or ORV/Snowmobile trails.

This 4,300 square foot ranch home has been newly remodeled and features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - located just outside of Gaylord. The house is located 10 minutes from Treetops Resort and Otsego club for Golf and Snow Skiing and sits on a private 10-acre parcel near the main trail head. The property is surrounded by state land that is ORV and Snowmobile accessible making it perfect for ORV or snowmobile enthusiasts. You can spend the days golfing, putting on your private green, riding or skiing while relaxing at night playing pool, shuffle board, hot tubing, etc. right on the property.

The Place For Group Outings

Everything about this place is exactly as it looked in the profile. In fact it was even better! Ken was very communicative throughout without any issues. We will definitely come back again! I’ve been running our retreat for 24 years and this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at in Michigan!

Perfect!

We have rented this home for our golf weekend now 3 or 4 times. It is absolutely a perfect house for that purpose. Great courses are all around and the amenities are perfect after a long day on the course. The sauna and hot tub are a great way to wind down after a long day. The owner is also so awesome. He has been so accommodating every year! He is easy to get a hold of and always a pleasure to rent from. I can’t say enough great things about this rental experience.

Friends Golf weekend

This is our 4th year renting this house for our annual golf weekend! We have 7 couples and this house fits us perfect. The amenities that they offer are over the top & the owner is very responsive. We absolutely love it here!

This property is situated so close to thousands of acers of state land, hiking, ORV, and snowmobile trails. There is also an abundance of world class golf courses and snow skiing hills in the Gaylord area. Petosky, Boyne, and Traversity are also within driving distance. The heated and cooled four season room is ideal for year round outdoor entertaining and includes a hot tub and sauna.
