There are 2 large bedrooms with a shared full bath on the 2nd floor, a loft-like master suite on the top level with private bath and a basement guest room. The neighborhood is close to downtown, a little over a mile to Brown and RISD and has many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance and a weekly farmers market across the street.
