Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all doors are locked and exit via mudroom entryway. Press lock icon on keypad to lock up. All used dishes are to be loaded in dishwasher and start dishwasher.
Turn all 5 thermostats to 60 degrees in fall/winter or in summer turn off all air conditioners. Unplug all kitchen appliances.
Gather all used towels and bath mats and leave in bathroom on floor or in laundry baskets provided. Leave bedsheets on bed.

This seaside neighborhood of Bayside Shores is a family oriented location. I have lived in the neighborhood my whole life and almost every surrounding home has long standing residents or new families coming in to raise their young
children.
Bayside Shores is a short distance to the Narragansett Bay, Colt State Park, East Bay Bike Path and historic Downtown Bristol that has so much to offer, from an array dining experiences, unique shopping boutiques, and tranquil waterfront parks. It’s a special place just waiting for you to experience it for yourself!
