This lovely holiday home is in the Rouzède region of Poitou the Charente in France. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 3 spacious bedroom. It is suitable for a family or a group of friends over 25 that want to holiday together.

The 18- hole golf course is only 100 m away. The hilly region has greenery, lakes and meadows, making it a beautiful place to walk and explore. General supplies, restaurants, tourist information, doctor and town center are all about 8 km away. Gorge on the special Limousin beef at Chez Steph Restaurant.

The villa has a heated swimming pool with a roofed terrace that has garden furniture and barbecue. There is a carport available the floor of the home is heated. You can enjoy your favorite drinks in the private garden. There is a boules court and high chair available (on request).

The nearest airport is the Dole Airport which is at a distance of 80 km.
