THE HOUSE. At the edge of the wood, the terrace under the awning allows you to have lunch in the cool summer. Right, a large meadow allows all outdoor games The long terrace at the front allows large friendly tables.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS The kitchen: Fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge (+ a small fridge in addition available under the awning) - Crockery and utensils needed for 12 people, - kettle, toaster, coffee maker 12 cups - Tablecloths and tea towels - Dining Area - Lounge area (reading, exchanges ...) - Fans in every room
- Bedroom 1: called "Under the awning" with a bed of 140x190, wardrobe room of water (+ place for a small bed of child)
- A separate toilet, close to bedroom 1
- Bedroom 2: called "Outdoor" with bed 140x190, wardrobe, bathroom with toilet. Independent, directly accessible from the outside (+ place for a small cot)
- The room 3: called "the Attic", arranged and composed of 5 beds of 90x190 and 1 bed of 120x190. The bathroom with toilet is adjoining.
- Room 4: called "Savannah", with 1 bed of 120x190 WARNING ! It is small and access is through a door of 1m20 high! (see photo) We count it for one person but 2 children can stay there easily or 1 couple of small size.
- The living room: large room of 75m2, with its dining room, piano and 2 spaces "lounges". You will find games, library and TV socket.
- The small lounge: adjoining the kitchen, with TV socket, 2 armchairs and a work table under which several plugs are available for computers and mobile phones.

Un cadre champêtre et reposant typique du Périgord
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine à La Faneuse. La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et est particulièrement bien adaptés aux enfants. Isabelle et Gilles sont très discrets, bienveillants et soucieux aux conforts de leurs hôtes, et toujours de bons conseils. Enfin la situation géographique est idéale pour visiter les perles et magnifiques sites de cette belle région. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
