Logement agréable, propre et plutôt bien situé. Nous somme parti à 6 jeunes (18ans) et avons passé un super séjours. Propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et qui était disponible tout le long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Seul bémol reste qu’il se trouve un peu loin de tout à pieds mais avec la voiture c’est bon. C’est un 10/10 pour nous

Belle région

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les 2 propriétaires très agréables, qui étaient pleins d’attentions et toujours disponibles si nous avions questions ou soucis. L’appartement était très agréable, très propre, vaisselles importantes (comme à la maison). La climatisation était très utile en période de chaleur. Le seul point d’attention est la localisation un peu éloignée ( 20 mn voiture ou 40 mn bus) du centre ville. C’est une très belle région à découvrir en famille ou entre amis.

Séjour parfait, location proche de la plage, très agréable. Petit bémol, nous n’étions pas au courant que les fêtes du quartier se déroulaient durant notre séjour et nous aurions aimé être au courant que les gens du comité des fêtes allaient avoir la clé du portillon et allaient entrer et sortir dans la location.

Très bon séjour à Cap-Breton

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette location que j’avais déjà louée Le quartier est calme, bien situé pour accéder au centre ville et aux plages à pieds. Le logement est confortable, la terrasse et le petit jardin agréables. Le tout très bien équipé. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Bon séjour à capbreton

Jean nous a super bien accueillis dans son rez de maison, habitant avec sa femme au dessus, très sympathique. Joli jardin et très bon emplacement par rapport à la vie de Cap-Breton et Hossegor.

Propriétaire très accueillant et cordiale. Le logement est propre et convenable. Seul problème, c'est le fait que le propriétaire habite au dessus, alors que sur l'annonce ce n'est mentionné nul part. C'est même noté logement entier. Très belle région, envie d'y retourner.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances à CapBreton chez Jean et Jeanette, tout d’abord enchantés de rencontrer nos deux hôtes bienveillants qui nous ont tres bien accueillis et donné de bons conseils tout au long du séjour. La maison était très très calme, avec un joli petit jardin très agréable pour les enfants et pour les bbq le soir entre amis, a 10 min en vélos des plages Santocha et centrale. Nous occupions le rdc de leur maison familiale, qui est très fonctionnel, avec 2 belles chambres, et même un espace avec clic clac pour recevoir. Nous avons surtout sympathisé avec Jean et Jeanette qui sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Merci encore à vous 2!. Edwige et Gaëtan
