Detached house of 3 levels located in garden with trees 50 m from the sea (small sandy cove), direct access.
On the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom (bath) and separate toilet, a veranda with sea view and spa.
At first, a kitchen, a desk, a lounge - dining room.
In the second, a double room sea view, a small room with 2 single beds sea view also, a bathroom (shower) and toilet.
Enclosed and protected private garden with garden furniture, very nice located south and vineyard protecting from the sun if necessary, a terrace upstairs with garden furniture, tables and chairs, sea view, another terrace on the ground floor in front of the veranda, tables and chairs, sea view and spa.
Plancha and barbecue. Digital TV and wifi. Deck chairs.
Complete household appliances: hobs, oven and microwave ovens, food processors, iron and ironing board ...
Very quiet place, sea bathing, fishing on foot, ride on the GR 34 at the foot of the house.
Possibility to use the rower in the garage and an over-board for walks

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, avec un confort irréprochable, et une vue superbe vraiment dépaysante. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Une maison avec un charme fou dans un cadre idyllique. Une vue magnifique. Nous y avons passé 4 jours en famille avec nos 4 enfants. La maison est vraiment très sympa et très bien équipée. Sa localisation est idéale, à deux pas du GR 34 et à 10 minutes à pied du centre de St Quay Portrieux. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.
