appréciation

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Elles sont prises de façon à ne pas voir l'immeuble qui se situe juste derrière la maison et dont les balcons plongent dans le jardin. De plus la pièce de vie n'est pas du tout lumineuse Il faut allumer la lumière toute la journée. Nous sommes extrèmement déçus. Seul point positif les chambres sont biens.

Très agréable séjour

Maison très agréable, entièrement et très joliment rénovée, très bien située à côté du port, des commerces et des plages . La literie est de qualité. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Les petits moins (mais qui ne nous ont pas vraiment dérangé) c'est un manque de places dans le salon et un petit jardin donnant sur l'arrière d'un immeuble (qui lui, donne sur la mer, donc en contrepartie, la maison, située dans la rue parallèle, est très proche de la mer). Nous avons adoré Saint-Quay-Portrieux, ses maisons, les plages bien aménagées, le sentier des douaniers,... Bref, nous reviendrons ....

"Nous avons passé 4 jours avec nos 3 enfants dans cette jolie maison, très claire et très fonctionnelle. Tout était très propre et la maison est bien équipée. Elle est aussi très bien située et permet de profiter à pieds de toutes les joies de Saint Quay. Le seul petit bémol est l''immeuble derrière la maison qui fait que la cours n''est pas très intime. Nous reviendrons cependant avec plaisir."
