Villa CC is part of the Royal Flamingo Villas, a 7.5 acre property which stretches from the Intracoastal to the Ocean. An on-site management office is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.

The Villas offer shared amenities including: a heated pool, housekeeping services, and 300 feet of private upper beach with stairs to access the lower public beach and ocean. The intracoastal side offers shuffleboard, a putting green and lovely views of the boats going by.

Villa CC is conveniently located just a very short walk to either the upper beach and ocean, the pool or the intracoastal. It's in the perfect spot!

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your dates. Please ask the Owner if these are needed.

Great location and property for visiting family. Very clean and equipped with all kitchen needs. Only problem is that we arrived from the west coast at 9:45 pm during the rain and there were minimum lights to find the propery off A1A. However, now we know the entrance and location we’re good for next time.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the communication with host Sandy and thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the property.The location was perfect—convenient to local attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Nice job place, close to beach

Overall a good stay, bit of an issue with check in but owner did a good job handling it. Nice location to beach and downtown Ft Lauderdale, plenty of shopping, restaurants nearby.

Holiday trip

The villa was wonderful! We enjoyed both beaches and shuffleboard over on the inlet side. The canopies on the upper beach were perfect when the wind was abundant. We walked to some extremely great restaurants!

Truly special place to stay on the beach

Everything about the Royal Flamingo bungalow community is special from the friendliness of the host and local staff to views of the intercostal, beach and pool within a few feet in either direction. Sandy was a flexible and responsive host. The place is spotless and well maintained. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen, lounge chairs and shade on the private beach. We had a terrific time with our grandkids and look forward to returning.

Wonderful!

The villa was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was lively and had all the items we needed to cook with and a coffee maker, toaster, blender & microwave. A quick walk over to the pool and beach as well as Deerfield Beach and pier. We adored all the lizards and iguanas on the property. A real treat.

Lovely stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week and my mother joined us for a few nights. The property looks just as it does in the photos. It is clean and nicely appointed. The location is right in front of the laundry hut and right next to the office. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking back to watch the boats on the intercoastal and walking across to the heated pool and the beach. Sandy, the owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. The staff on the property were all very nice. I would stay here again as the location is great and convenient to so many things. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A WONDERFUL VILLA

My wife and I were in need of a relaxing, low maintenance, casual vacation. Having access to Sandy's villa was perfect. My communications with Sandy prior and after were always answered in a timely manner. Having the pool and private beach area was a welcome environment. Lots of relaxation, sun and snoozing was wonderful. If we the type of people to plan a year in advance we would book here again. A big thanks to Sandy and the management team at the Royal Flamingo Villas.

Peaceful Place

Comfortable and very clean. Mold got my wife’s airway a bit though. It wasn’t strong but it was enough to trigger a sensitive airway. The place was really excellent otherwise. The owner and the staff were terrific, very accommodating sweet people! Thanks for working with us on our special needs! The grounds are great! We thoroughly enjoyed the porch, throwing the football in the open grassy areas and going for walks down the beach to the pier.

An absolute gem!

I am so grateful that we found this beautiful villa! It was super clean and so pretty. The beach area was just amazing. We watched the sunrise on the ocean and watched it set on the intercoastal. We enjoyed time in the beautiful pool too! Excellent communication with management. This lovely villa met and exceeded our expectations! Plus, it was extra comforting to back to after dropping my daughter off at FAU. I would definitely stay here again!

We think the Villas are the perfect vacation place. Villa CC is centrally located within the property - just steps away from the beach, the pool and the intracoastal. Lots of nearby restaurants and activities mean you can be as busy or as restful as you wish.
