This house is located just 1 mile from beach and just few blocks from Mizner Park. The backyard is attach to a big park with basketball courts, tennis court, soccer field, children play grounds, walking and jogging trails and a small intercostal beach
The house has a heated pool, BBQ, covered patio with hummock and patio furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
Bed #1 has a king bed and bathroom in it Bed #2 has 3 twin beds, and Bed #3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room giving you ample sleeping room for up to 8 people.
The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new appliances and all new furniture with Thistle Flooring.
Located only 2 blocks from the house is a Publix supermarket and many restaurants and bars.
There are 3 bicycles, beach chairs, pool/beach towels and a beach umbrella to be use by our clients.
