This wonderful home features a large patio, heated shared pool, and an amazing family room, It is located in Boca Raton on Ocean Blvd., 80' to the Boca Palmetto Park Beach and Palmetto Park shops and restaurants. Close by is the Deerfield fishing pier. Walk to beach and walk to area restaurants and shopping. The home is always professionally maintained and cleaned, and includes a local Host to help you enjoy your vacation. The family room has sliding glass doors facing East which open onto a patio with Bahama style seating and a fire pit. Enjoy golf, surfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, diving, snorkeling, boating, sightseeing, and travel to Miami Beach - one hour away! Easy access to everything via I-95 and Turnpike. Visit Disney, then come here to relax and rejuvenate. Split bedroom plan - two bedrooms are on 1st floor, and the master is on the 2nd floor. There is a pull out queen sleeper couch if you need extra sleeping.

Right across the street from the beach, and the private pool is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Vance was a great host and helped with anything we needed. Even bought and put together a beach wagon for us before arrival. Definitely recommend!

Great Beach Getaway for Family

We had a great time, the host is amazing and probably the best one we’ve had, the house is steps from the beach and restaurants and equipped with all one could need. Highly recommended for families or group of friends, very spacious and well maintained house including the pool.

Great location. Lyft/Uber close to all the places we wanted to go. Beach a block away. Really enjoyed the back patio with my morning coffee and the upper balcony with my evening drink. Wonderful stay and great host.

Can't say enough about the location. This was a great spot for kids as we enjoyed the beach, pool and ice cream shop right out the back door. We will definitely consider another family vacay to this property.

Cette maison spacieuse, malgré quelques imperfections, est vraiment bien située!

Le propriétaire vit sur place et est très sympathique et serviable. La maison et son aménagement pourraient être améliorés, mais la localisation est excellente - à deux pas de la plage et près du parc Gumbo Limbo. Parfait pour des vacances abordables en famille!

This house was perfect for our recent family vacation. Location is steps from a beautiful beach, playground and shops. House is roomy with great space both indoors and outdoors. Host is so extremely responsive - couldn’t have been better! Anything we needed was immediately addressed with a simple text message. Highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

Property manager even brought over an umbrella when it started raining one day. The location was great-quick walk to the beach. Lots of towels available too!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owner was really nice and super responsive, the location was amazing, and the house worked for our party of 4 adults and 6 kids! The listing doesn’t do justice to how convenient it is to the beach. It is so close and easy! Highest possible recommendation!

The host was exceptionally accommodating, he was also very attentive. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The reverse osmosis drinking water was an unexpected pleasure.

Boca beach stay more like Fort Lauderdale lodging

Thank goodness for the prime location because this townhome was so poorly kept up that it reminded me of a fraternity house. The downstairs bedrooms were too crowded with multiple sized beds, dressers with broken drawers, dust & dirt everywhere, mold in the shower. There were no toiletries, paper towels, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc.. The upstairs balcony was filthy. The pool photos are deceiving - it's not really behind the townhouse; it's outside the owners' house which is very strange. Luckily we had good weather and spent most days at the beach.
