The large swimming pool has a brand new electric heater so you can swim in warm waters year round. The back yard is overlooked by a newly updated kitchen and a spacious Florida room. . The living room has a 60" HDTV, and all bedrooms have 32" HDTVs. It has an on-site laundry room with high quality washer & dryer. There are two bicycle for your use beach chairs and beach towels

I couldn’t speak more highly of this home! First off, the moment you walk in, you know it’s been scrubbed to perfection. Secondly, the location was close to EVERYTHING. I had a nice morning walk to Starbucks every morning to start my day. Third, my children spent all morning in the pool. It was well maintained and perfect temperature. Lastly, we had a few questions and the owners responded within a short amount of time. I highly recommend for you and your family. You won’t be disappointed!

Very conveniently located i.e. everything is near bye. Nice Garden/Pool with lots of things for the kids. Bycicles had not enough air. The floor in the house was not really clean (feet became black).

Awesome House

My Family had an amazing stay. The house is located in a good neighborhood and very close to the beach which was awesome. The yard was Beautiful and the heated pool was a bonus. The Host was great. We really enjoyed the house the bikes.ping pong table and everything the house had to offer.

Wonderful place!

Really enjoyed staying here! The beds are comfortable. Pillows could use a little refresh they are super thin, so bring your own pillows if possible. Backyard is amazing!!!! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it has a grill in which we use several times.

Great home for a family vacation. We had stayed at this home a couple of years ago and really enjoyed our stay. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby and the beach is a few minutes away. I was impressed to see that the master bath had been updated along with the kitchen. My only suggestion is to put mirrors in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have 3 daughters and allof them needed the master bathroom to dry and curl their hair since the 2nd bathroom had no electrical outlets. We celebrated our granddaughter’s 15th birthday and we all enjoyed our stay. I definitely give this home 5 stars

We had a very good stay in this home. The location is in a nice neighborhood and very private. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. The owners were easy to reach and answered any questions that we had. My family enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. We will definitely stay here again.

Your very own tropical paradise in the backyard. Absolutely beautiful and well kept. House looks to have been recently updated. Very clean and spacious with anything you needed there pretty much. So close to the beach and any and everything. Really great location. Would 100% recommend and go back.

Great property exactly as described. Really enjoyed our family vacation in Deerfield Beach. Very nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach and all amenities. Pool was great and backyard is amazing. Everything we needed was in the house, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Made use of the provided bikes with my kids and also rented a road bike at a nearby shop and rode over 300kms on the A1A and throughout the neigborbood. Absolutely love this place!

Lovely home

Family and I stayed here for a long weekend. House was great and centrally located, all basic amenities supplied, owner was very prompt with communication. Only down fall was the loud closet in the twin bedroom. No fault of the owners, just more annoying than anything.

Sorry you feel the house was not clean enough for you, we discovered our cleaning service was overwhelmed with the work we gave to them because we have 20 houses on the market so we just hired another cleaning service and now the service should be perfect.

Great place again.

We (2 couples) stayed here in Nov 2017 and really liked the property so decided to stay here again in Nov 2019. There was an issue with the pool heater and Kevin came promptly and fixed it. We appreciated that bathroom and kitchen soaps were provided this time along with a lot of extra bathing and beach towels. More kitchen dish cloths and towels would be nice as well as better pillows - they were quite flat. Overall, a great spacious place with an awesome backyard and pool that is also close to shopping, groceries and the beach!!

Deerfield Beach property

This was our second time renting this property. We love the neighborhood. Closeness to numerous food stores, restaurants and the beach was outstanding. The property was very comfortable for my wife and I and our 9 pound maltipoo. We had family visit at different times.the backyard was very relaxing with the heated pool and plenty of sun and shade. The house is older but we had no issues. The host Kevin responded quickly when we had any questions. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

A day before arrival, I was notified that our house was not available due to a plumbing problem, but that the replacement was “better”. Though adequate, we noted several maintenance issues inside and out. The yard was unkempt. I think we would have preferred the other house, based on a drive by and the vrbo listing photos.

would be great except....

This home would be a fantastic getaway: a stunning backyard, heatable pool, pleasant outdoor seating area and close proximity to the beach... it has these features. There are, however, three critical things that need to be addressed. 1. OMG the smell. From the second we walked in, we were hit in the face with a deep, disturbing scent of ammonia and other dank chemical odors. Several of our party found it difficult to stay indoors. Hopefully this issue is transient, but it was present for our whole week-long stay, never abating. We contacted the lister early in our stay, never receiving a response (It was Christmas... so...). It surprised us that no reviews had mentioned this, as it was quite awful. 2. Black mold/yuck coming from ceiling vents. 3. One bedroom rendered useless due to exceptionally loud air handler right in the closet - nobody could sleep in there. We have photos but are unable to add photos in reviews. All in all, it is a nice little house. These couple of things just made it a bit uncomfortable during our stay.

We fixed AC handler and cleaned ceiling fans we never have problem with smell we asked people who stayed in the house after your departure and nobody complained about bed smell so I guess went away

Bad neighbors

We came here for 4th of July week and the every first night (July 3rd) at 8:30pm I get a text from the owner saying that the neighbors called him saying my kids were being loud in the pool and if they could be more quiet. There was literally people across the street letting fireworks off and it wasn't even 10pm yet. The next night the kids were at the pool again.. I didn't want any problems so the kids were aware that they needed to keep inside vices outside lol. It's 10:30pm and I'm outside with the kids when the neighbor decides to start yelling and cussing at my kids over the fence. We are an interracial family and she finishes her rant by saying "you need to go back to where you came from." Our last night the police came at 9:30 and said that she caller so many time that they had to come out but even then they agree that the lady was being absurd because I didn't have any music on or nothing and that the noise ordnance isn't till11:30 so I wasn't doing anything wrong. If you plan on NOT making any noise or even coming outside after 8:30 then this is a great place for you to stay

This house is located in quiet residential neighborhood you rented the house for 4 July weekend to party with your friends that is why my neighbor call Police because noise ordinance is from 10 pm not 11:30 pm you were there 3 night and party to midnight every night in most neighborhoods Police will come and shot you down if it is very loud after 10 pm I have vacation rental License I can loose that license if I allowed party after 10 pm so if someone wants to rent this house for party it is better to choose another house in defrent negberhood
