We had a party of 4 adults and found the home very comfortable for our 2 week stay. We enjoyed the pool and backyard amentities. The location is perfect; quiet neighborhood, and walkable to the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. I would rent this house in the future.

Very nice house with heated pool, outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor space just a short mile walk to Deerfield Beach. The attached washer/ dryer room worked great and kept noise out of the house. A better door to the en-suite bathroom would help make the master bedroom more attractive. We were very satisfied with this rental

The home was perfect for our stay! It was close to family, beach, church, shopping, restaurants and activities. Our granddaughter and rest of the family loved the heated pool. The outdoor space is beautiful! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and got things taken are of asap. Would stay here again.

March 2025 Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Close to the beach and numerous restaurants and stores. More importantly, the backyard is large and incredible. The pool was clean and warm for the kids. TV in the backyard was a great touch. House was plenty large enough for two couples and two kids (which had their own bed in the third room). The kitchen could use some more cutlery and plates, but this is a very minor thing. We would certainly stay here again. It was a great vacation.

Overall our stay was wonderful! The house was in a great location and check in and check out was smooth. We really enjoyed the pool and all that the backyard had to offer. We also really appreciated all of the beach gear that was available as well as the baby gear. The only negative part of the stay was that the house did not seem super clean (baseboards and linens and curtains had lots of stains on them, the bathroom faucets and shower tiles had lots of gunk and build up on them, etc.).

Wonderful backyard and (heated!)pool

This place is great for outdoor activities. The inside is a bit dated, but functional. Only few pots and pans and very limited cutlery, if you are planning to cook your own dinner you got to be creative. The range, microwave and fridge were quite new and the gas BBQ was brand new.TV in every room :) We couldn't get the heating working during our 2 week stay and it was a bit chilly on some days (Jan 2025) although the handyman tried to fix it couple of times (very fast response time). The location was great: quiet neighborhood, close to the shops, groceries, restaurants and beach.

Perfect for family

The property was very clean and wonderful for our needs. The host was amazing with communication from day one. Brought us new beanbag boards when the previous ones were broke by the party before us. Upon request had a pack and play as well as highchair and some sand toys for the kids which was so appreciated. The pool was heated and wonderful. Lots of sitting areas with different shade or sun options which was perfect for our 8month old and adults who want sun. About a 20min walk to beach we walked and drove. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Close to grocery store. My only recommendation would be a few more cooking utensils like a pizza cutter and spatula. Lots of grilling items were available. Reusable plastic cups would be nice too have by the pool to since we didn't want glass out there. There were lots of towels for pool, beach, and for showering. I highly recommend this place it was beautiful, peaceful, and fun!

A 7-Day Stay

We loved the outdoor space—especially the heated pool, plentiful seating, and outdoor TV, which made it perfect for relaxing and privacy w/fencing surrounding backyard. Inside was spacious with lots of TVs, but it didn’t feel very clean and was missing several basic kitchen items. Be prepared for a number of small things not working that were advertised (Cornhole, bikes, bedroom ceiling fan). We had to have a fan to move air circulation. Host indicated last guest took remote. Not sure why that was our problem? But we ran to the store and purchased a fan (our gift to the next guest). Also, we had to supply our own paper products after the limited “starter kit” runs out. Day 4 we were out of toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags (family of 5). Host advised it's normal to rent out properties' w/starter kits. I have never experienced that before, ever. We attempted to wash the pool towels; however, the washer machine was discharging water onto floor. We got the feeling some PM was needed at this property. Overall, an ok stay if you want to lounge by a heated pool for a few days.
