South Florida Living at it's Finest in this Immaculate 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Private Home. Perfectly located one mile to direct beach access, Three Blocks from the Shopping Center including Publix, Starbucks and Restaurants. This Family friendly home is located on a quiet street and safe neighborhood. The home Features a Modern Pool and Hot Tub ( the Pool can be Cooled in the Summer and warmed in the Winter), BBQ Grill, Large Covered Patio with Flat Screen TV and Dinning Table. The Entire Home has been completely renovated inside and out, with Flat Screen Smart TV's and Satellite, WIFI with free use of Tablet. All Bedrooms have Pillow Top Mattress's and Master Bedroom has Direct access to the Pool and Patio area. There is Also a Mini Crib Available for infants. The Kitchen has all Stainless Steel Appliances. The refrigerator has an Ice Maker and Filtered Water, and also there is a small refrigerator located outside on the Patio for easier beverage access while enjoying the Pool. Also a Keurig Coffee Maker with Free Coffee, Creamer and sugar is available for all guests. We also supply Hotel size Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash at no extra charge. This home is the Perfect Getaway for any vacation, or Family size. We pride ourselves on offering an Immaculately Clean Home with all the comforts of home at a fair and reasonable price. Please note special locks on exterior doors for children’s safety to pool area.

Super endroit.

La maison correspond exactement aux descriptions et photos sur le site web. Le quartier est très sécuritaire et tranquille. Il y a une épicerie et une pharmacie à moins d’un kilomètre. Tamara ( a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions et à nos besoins. La piscine chauffée et le spa sont merveilleux. La maison était vraiment très propre et tous les équipements fonctionnaient bien. Le seul problème avec la maison c’est la table pour manger à l’extérieur. Elle est située sous une toiture (c’est parfait pour nous protéger du soleil ou de la pluie) mais elle est à l’ouest et lorsque le soleil descend dans le ciel à l’heure du souper, cela est très dérangeant pour les convives qui ne sont pas dos au soleil. La pose d’une toile rétractable permettrait de régler cette situation et serait très appréciée par les locataires. Nous avons bien l’intention est de réserver à nouveau pour 2025.

Spectacular property and location

We had a longer stay at this property and felt a good balance of being home and on vacation. The owner has created a property that is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Tamara was attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. She also has thought of everything that might be needed to elevate your stay. AMAZING POOL! We love to workout and the house has ample room to do something inside, by the pool or with the beach less than 2 miles away, a run to the beach was always a good idea. Highly recommend staying here.

Great visit!

We had a wonderful stay here! The communication was great and the kids loved the pool/hot tub combo! It's super close to the beach and everything you need. We highly recommend staying here!

Very cute house, great location

This house is adorable and the pool and spa are amazing. The pictures online are very accurate. Spacious, clean, well appointed, full kitchen, and plenty of linens. Very good location, within minutes drive of great beaches that we actually preferred over Miami. We would definitely stay here again and are even thinking about buying a home in this area after our stay.
