About this property

This modern house has been recently updated and located in the Lighthouse Point neighborhood (only 2 miles from the beach). We have an incredible pool and patio that will not disappoint anyone who enjoys spending time outside.

The backyard is a large patio and fantastic outdoor living space. The pool is 30 feet by 15 feet in size. There is a stainless steel grill, and a patio dining table for 6. If you're looking to relax by the pool, with a few cocktails, we have 2 patio couches and chair, along with a firepit, and 2 loungers for laying out and getting a tan.

House Features: 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Sleeps 12, large game room. Master Bedroom #1 has a King-sized bed, an attached bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. Master Bedroom #2 has a King-sized bed, and a large closet. Guest Bedroom #3 has a Queen-sized bed with "light-up" headboard, and spacious closet. Guest Bedroom #4 has a Bunk Bed with 2 Full-sized mattresses and is perfect for the kids to sleep. Each bedroom and game room is equipped with a Smart TV for all of your streaming needs, and the Living Room has a 65-in Smart TV and a couch with a Queen-sized pull out bed.

The Game Room has a 12-foot Shuffleboard table, a regulation sized Foosball table, a light-up, cocktail table, and a 42-in Smart TV.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer for laundry, and free internet and WI-FI for all of your streaming needs. We have a horse-shoe, circle driveway with plenty of spaces for parking.

**** This is NOT a party house. It is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, and is meant to be enjoyed by all. If you are looking for a place to get wild, we understand your intentions, but please choose a different house that will accommodate your group.

Very nice, clean property, friendly hosts

We had a large group stay at Mark and Lyndee’s property. The place was clean when we arrived. Hosts were constantly in contact and very responsive to questions. Stay was lovely, definitely recommend this property. And 2mins from target for those Canadians that love and miss target!! :) thanks mark and Lyndee for a lovely stay.

Our family was in town for a family reunion and we were conveniently close to all events, a CVS, fast food and anything else we needed. The home was on a quiet street, with plenty of common space, and tv’s in every bedroom! Would stay again. The hosts were incredibly responsive as well. Great home to rent.
