Welcome to Villa Palma! By The Sea Vacation Villas is pleased to offer this breathtaking 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Heated hot tub Vacation Home to the luxury vacation rental market! Located in the fit class neighborhood of Ocean Vue in Deerfield Beach, Villa Palma is conveniently situated near a multitude of first-class restaurants, shops, entertainment (movies, theater, music, etc.) and, of course, the beach.

INTERIOR:

Upon entering the Villa Palma, you are immediately greeted with high vaulted living room ceilings and beautiful wood rafter beams. The elegant wood floors run through out the entire home and meet beautiful brick wall architecture. The dinning room (seating for four) over looks the living room and is positioned directly off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities that one can come to expect and showcases new cabinetry and appliances. As you ascend to the second floor, you will find the living quarters and laundry room. Equipped with a King Bed, large flat screen TV, new dressers, closets, and a porch, the master bedroom showcases the lap of luxury. The master en-suite bathroom offers marble counter tops, a beautiful tub and sperate shower room. Bedroom 2 features a quaint double bed with ample closet space and flat screen TV. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom is fully outfitted with updates counters tops and amenities.

EXTERIOR:

Undoubtedly, the outdoor area of Villa Palma will leave you breathless. The ornate and well designed landscaping frames out 3 beloved areas of the yard. Immediately, you will be greeted with a large patio dinning set (seating for 6) and BBQ. Next . the spacious hot tub will provide plenty of reprieve and sanctuary even on the coolest of nights. Lastly, you can land your self a drink at the built in Tiki bar and let all your worries drift away. Shall you find your self wanting to jump into the pool, Villa Palma offers large community pool and lounge area.

Everything about this rental was perfect. It was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in and I am picky! Two blocks from the beach, great little yard with the hot tub, bikes were great for my kids, and tons of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

We were relocated due to unforeseen circumstances not of any fault of the host. The villa we stayed in didn’t have the same amenities however it was spotless and had every comfort imaginable. The host was easy to work with and accommodating. I would stay again!

We had a really lovely stay. The house is beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated and well thought out. We saw butterflies outside in the trees each morning. Everything, from the utensils, to the pans, to the glass selection, to the beds, to the quality of the ceiling fans, tv, speaker and decor was well thought out. Love that the balcony off the master is screened so you are protected from mosquitos in the evening. They graciously accommodated an early check in for us and, even though I was not able to take advantage of it, I appreciated that they made it available. The AC unit outside is noisy, but it’s the price you pay for having it cool and temperate inside. The pool was immaculate. Be aware the spa cover is heavy and you need two people to move it. All in all 10/10 and would love to stay again.

Nice place but a lot of stairs to deal with constantly. Place was clean except for one of the beds had a fair amount of sand on the sheets. We contacted the management and the reply was to change the sheets ourselves with spare sheets. Not the expected answer but we made due. Good location

The guest said he felt sand on one of the sheets. We discussed that maybe there was sand in the dryer but they were most definitely washed and dried and that we also keep extra sets in the closets. The guest said they he would just take the sheet off and shake it off. We would have been willing to come and change the sheets for him if that's what he wanted. However, he never indicated wanting this until he wrote this review. Its important to communicate what you want during your stay instead of waiting until the stay is finished. We are more than willing to accommodate requests that are communicated to us.

Great place our family absolutely loved it! We will try to be back again next year for sure , easy walk to the beach and the quiet part at that. Hot tub wasn’t very hot but didn’t really care. Being between the ocean and the river inlet was cool so you can check out both very easily. Came with everything you need for fun at the beach

The communication from day one was excellent. Check in/out was flawless. The pictures reflected reality. The place is beautiful. We appreciated the fully appointed kitchen with every pot, pan and utensil we could need. We ended up cooking almost every meal since it was so convenient. I will book this place every time I am in the area. Highly recommend!

Home was great. Very clean, parking was great. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. I like a firm mattress and it seemed like these were medium which was ok. Love the brick interior, very pretty. No cable TV was a little rough. I like to be able to watch local TV for weather and things so I missed that. Roku doesn't cut it.
