Welcome to "Island Oasis House"! Located on the quaint and exclusive Deerfield Beach barrier island, this home is located just 100 steps to the ocean and one of South Florida s top beach destinations. Ditch the hectic beachside parking and walk right over!!!

Enjoy the beach lifestyle in our spacious home, perfectly located for the ultimate beach house house experience... After a day in the sun, take a dip in our refreshing HEATED saltwater pool and grill out and dine under the tiki hut.
This home is perfectly equipped and furnished for families or couples alike, with four bedrooms in a split-floor plan. Note: One bedroom is connected to laundry and the house does have step-downs which may not be suitable for everyone**

We have a nearby dock (a 2 min car ride to house) that offers DIRECT, FAST access to the intracoastal waterway in under 1 min available for rent! Please ask us for more details by messaging us. The dock can accommodate a large vessel of up to 50 feet.

Guests can enjoy true beach lifestyle, with the sand only minutes away by foot and entertainment, dining, attractions, fishing pier & so much more only a shorter walk further. Deerfield Beach offers so much to experience, whether exploring our sand and sea-life, local town-life, nightlife scene, fishing, shopping, or many parks.

🌴Island Oasis is a private, single- family rental residence complete with🌴:

- 4 Bedrooms, sleeps 10 people. The Florida room can accommodate an air mattress (sheets and air mattress provided).

- Full Kitchen with all appliances, cookware, and dishes.

FAQ's :

Q: Do you accept pets?

A: We welcome two small dogs, under 25 pounds only, with an additional pet fee and deposit. No aggressive breeds permitted. Must have prior authorization.

Q: How far is the beach?

A: Your feet will meet the sand in 5 minutes by foot!

Q: How warm is the pool heated?

A: Our pool heating standard during the Winter & Season Months (Dec-April) is 81-84 F degrees. Depending on exterior conditions (rain, "cooler" nights where the temperature outside drops below 60 degrees F , the water temperature may vary.

Q: Can you turn the pool heater up for us?

A: We will gladly turn the pool heater up past 84 degrees, to max. 88 F. The cost is $25/day.

Q: What is the bed situation in the house?

A: Three of the bedrooms have one queen bed each. The fourth bedrooms features a king bed.


Q: Is the house child friendly?

A: Yes, we are very child friendly and have hosted hundred of children!

Q: Which airport(s) are the closest?

A: The house is relatively equidistant from both Fort Lauderdale & Palm Beach International Airports, both are 25 and 32 miles away, respectively.

Q: I have 11 people in my group, can an exception be made?

The house cannot sleep no more than 10 adults at any time. If the 11th is under 2 years, an exception can be made. Otherwise, it cannot.


Q: What dockage do you have available? Cost?
A: We have a dock slip that can accommodate a large vessle (50 feet) about 1/10 of a mile from the house guests can rent. Please inquire within for pricing and availability.

Great for family vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had some time that my wife I worked remotely, and the desk/office setup was good and then a lot of family fun including swimming, walking to the beach and close to everything. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Location to beach could not be beat. Great neighborhood. House comfortable and clean. Property manager was very responsive when had a need. For a larger group could have used a few more kitchen supplies but made it work. Everyone had a great time!

The place was great - esp the pool and tiki hut. We ate most meals outside. The cleaner was there beyond check-in time. That was a negative, because you're anxious to get in and settled. But she was very nice. The were not many towels. However, the owners supplied more when we told them about it. All in all in was a great place for us.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We stayed for about a week with 3 other couples, and loved every minute of it. The short walk to the beach meant that we could all come and go to and from the beach at our leisure, without having to coordinate taking the rental car all together. The outdoor shower was amazing for a quick rinse off after the beach, and having hot and cold water was a luxury. The pool and tiki hut were an amazing addition. From being able to swim in the pool at night, to using it to stay cool during the day, and giving us an alternative to the beach (for the one day where the water was rough), our trip wouldn’t have been the same without it. The tiki hut served as a location for many of our meals, and was a great spot to hang out and talk late into the night. The pool and tiki hut ultimately allowed us to spend a ton more time outside on our trip down to Florida. The home itself was clean and the bedrooms were pretty nice. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware/cookware, allowing us to cook most of our meals at home. We don’t really have any major complaints, and would love to stay at this beautiful oasis again!

We were 3 couples, all family. Enough room for us all. House is definitely clean. Outside pool area is great. Several maintenance issues in the house addressed with manager who is incredibly responsive. I also suggested a few other things like additional lighting which would improve things. It is in a great location- a really short walk to the beach. Also very quiet. I would definitely stay there again if suggested things were corrected. I have to say again how incredible the manager, Stefanie, is.

Great location with a cute house and wonderful pool. House needs a little TLC, disposal was shooting water out of the opposite end, dishwasher dispenser was having an issue dissolving the detergent, beach cart was broken. They did have fun floats for the pool and the pool was maintained wonderfully during our visit. The owner of the property stopped by a couple of times and was very friendly. The listing did say there were bikes but there was not in fact any bikes. That was a bummer because we would have brought our own! We did figure out that you can rent bikes in town.

Best Spring Break Ever!

My family and I were planning our Spring Break plans and looking for a location that would be fairly close to the Everglades National Park, Key West, and other southern Florida attractions. The house is a little deceiving upon first arriving. However, once inside, we were amazed at the sheer size of the house. the main living area is open and includes the living room, dinning room and kitchen. The property features four bedrooms, which was perfect for our family of six. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors shined (not a grain of sand anywhere to be found), the bathrooms sparkled and the bedrooms were comfortable. The backyard provides a fenced oasis that features a heated pool that features a veritable lightshow at night. a large tiki cabana with several sitting areas, large cafe lights for added ambiance, a gas grill and loads of pool and beach play stuff. Speaking of the beach, it is just three very short blocks away. This was perfect as we felt comfortable splitting our family when some wanted to go boogie boarding at the beach and others wanted to play at the pool. The house also features a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, as well as plenty of bath and beach towels to accommodate a large group. After a week spent all over the state, this house was high on the list when asking the kids to name their favorite parts of the trip. Thanks for helping make the "Best Spring Break Ever". We'll definitely be back!
