This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Wonderful place, everything was great

It's a wonderful place where everything was great. The main office was about 200 meters away, which was a bit inconvenient, but since I didn't have to drive during my stay, it was fine.

This is a perfectly located apartment in Old Town. The best part is the parking space very close to the apartment. The apartment is roomy and the beds very comfortable! The host is super helpful and gives great suggestions to plan your stay!

Beautiful Annecy added a completely different experience to our trip to France. The snowy mountains, tranquil buildings, and lake create a comfortable atmosphere. Wonderful, well-appointed apartment. The location in center of old city makes access to restaurants, shopping, the canals and the lake easy. Ice cream is literally at the doorstep! Apartment is surprisingly quiet despite its location. Host was very organized making checkin/checkout simple. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay in Annecy

What a fantastic property! We were so surprised when we got to this accommodation, its perfectly situated in walking distance for everything that you would want or need in Annecy. The bedrooms were perfect and the social spaces were fab too. The host was so lovely and helpful too. We had a wonderful weekend and as a group of 6 friends, are already wanting to return with our families! Would recommend to anyone!

Great location. The apartment is great. We love Annecy and the location was right in the middle of all the action. Close to the train station and busses, so a car is not necessary. We rode bikes along the lake and also rented a boat and went around the lake. This all with walking distance, so no car needed. It was very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and communicated throughout the whole check in process. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming blend of history

A wonderful stay in a comfortable and charming space that beautifully blends modern style with historical character. Our host was incredibly engaging and helpful, especially with local restaurant recommendations and arranging bike rentals. One of the highlights of our trip was biking around the lake - about four hours of absolutely glorious scenery and views. A definite must-do! The accommodation itself was very comfortable, with cozy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and inviting seating areas that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay here Laurent was very accommodating and helpful. The space was perfect for a two night stay to explore Annecy, beautiful decor!
