- Spacious, light-filled cross-through living area with dining space, lounge featuring a “frame TV,” and access to a balcony offering typical city views.
- Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances (including Thermomix).
- Separate WC.
Sleeping area :
- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140 cm), small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed (160 cm), small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to form a double, small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe.
- Bathroom 1: Italian-style shower, double washbasins, and WC.
- Bathroom 2: shower and washbasin.
Outside:
- Small balcony with a table for two.
Note: To access the elevator, you must climb five steps.
