We really enjoyed our stay here! The property is conveniently located in the old town and right across the street from the lake. The train station is a short walk away and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Our family of seven had plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy when needed. It has a separate dryer (which is rare). Everywhere else had the combo one that was impossible to figure out and only dried your clothes to warm/damp! There is a pretty balcony with seating overlooking the street that would be wonderful to use when the weather is warmer. The rooms in the apartment are at all different levels so be aware that there are some small steps and stairs throughout. The only issue we had was some confusion when checking in. There is a door with a lockbox at the top of the stairs that appeared to the lockbox for our apartment. The lockbox would not open with our code. We finally realized that the door was already unlocked and it was actually a hallway leading to our apartment and several other apartments. (Hopefully this information will be helpful to others!) Our only regret is that we did not book this apartment for longer. We could have spent so much more time exploring the city and the surrounding area. It is truly a beautiful place to visit!

Larger than it looks and full of charm
Sprawling wood-paneled apartment with multiple balconies over a buzzing street. The layout is unusual but gives each bedroom more privacy than you might expect. Well located by the lake and town. Great appliances including a dryer that actually works.
Parking in garages and on the street available nearby, but for drop off there is also an unloading area immediately adjacent. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

Excellent location
Location was amazing. Communication was very clear and helpful. Layout was a little different but rooms and beds were great. Loved the patios. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Nice to have 3 showers and laundry facilities. Annecy is a beautiful town and we loved our stay. Would recommend and stay again if in the area. Parking garage was easy and convenient.
