Located in a quiet area, 100 m from Lake Annecy, the beach of Albigny, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Ideal apartment for 6 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, easy parking in the streets nearby.
Bedroom n°2 could be preparated with twin beds or a double large bed. Please note that by default it will be a double large bed.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019 and has a private terrace on the ground floor.
Fully equipped kitchen, linen will be provided for your stay.

Annecy stop-over

Property was adequate for our brief stop-over. We were a party of 4 adults. The lay-out of the rooms was ideal. Location met our requirements with easy access to both the lake and the town.

Great location!

The apartment is well situated within walking distance of the beach. Well equipped and two bathrooms which was nice. The concierge was always available to answer questions and made the checkin and checkout process easy! We were 6 people and it was a bit tight- especially trying to eat at the table, but for a weekend it works!

Appartement bien situé, proche du lac 3mn et centre ville à moins de 10mn. Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, très bien équipé et très propre, ce qui ne gâche rien belle déco. L’accueil est parfait, très bonne communication avant arrivé et départ (heure des rendez vous). Nous avons apprécié le contact avec Latifa pour son sourire et ses conseils. Aucune mauvaise surprise, ni de defaut sur cet appartement situé idealement à 1 min du lac. Calme, repos, et visite ont été notre quotidien. Pas de garage, mais il y avait toujours de la place devant l'immeuble.

Ideal emplacement et très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce bel appartement. A proximité immédiate du lac, à 10 minutes du centre et 10 min de la plage. Au calme, aucun bruit sauf le chant des oiseaux. Ce logement est très propre et bien décoré. Les équipements sont complets et neufs. Merci beaucoup !

Très bien situé. D’une propreté irréprochable. Très bonne accueil et à l’heure. L’agencement de l’appartement permet à 2 couples d’avoir leur propre intimité (2 sdb, 2 chambre et 2 WC) tout en habitant sous le même toit. Je recommande!!!!!!

Très agréable séjour

Appartement très confortable et particulièrement bien équipé dans une résidence tranquille à proximité de tout commerce: superette casino, boulangerie (dont je recommande les brioches aux pralines roses!), poste etc.... Le lac est à 2mn et toutes les promenades se font à pieds sans aucune difficulté. Latifa et Carole de la Conciergerie sont absolument charmantes et se sont occupées de nous en toute simplicité. En ajoutant que la ville d'Annecy est superbe avec une circulation automobile très respectueuse des piétons, ce fut un séjour que je recommande vivement!

WE MAGNIFIQUE

Appartement très bien situé, propre et avec du mobilier de qualité. Tout est neuf! Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, centre-ville à 5 min, lac à 1 min. Nous étions 2 couples et les 2 salles de bain ainsi que les 2 WC sont un confort très apprécié. Le parking est très simple et nous n’avons pas eu de difficulté. Annecy est une magnifique ville et le logement nous a fait passer un magnifique WE.

Très bel appartement. Fonctionnel et bien aménagé. Bien placé également car il n'y a pas besoin de reprendre la reprendre la voiture pour accéder au lac ou au centre d'Annecy. Accueil chaleureux. Réponse rapide des personnes qui gèrent l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
