Cocoonr invites you to discover Le Majésté 1, a bright, comfortable flat ideally located opposite the Impérial Palace in Annecy.
Thanks to its privileged location, you can reach the Impérial beach, the Petit Port (10 minutes) and Annecy's historic centre (20 minutes) in just a few minutes on foot. Whether you're staying with family, friends or on business, this accommodation is an excellent base from which to make the most of the lake and the city.

No direct work is planned before spring 2026, but some occasional noise or visual disturbances may occur. The condominium's car parks will not be accessible during the works (paid parking nearby: Sainte-Bernadette and Impérial).---
Located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with badge access, the flat does not have a lift.
The flat comprises
- A large, light-filled living room with a modern, functional open-plan kitchen, a dining area for 4 to 6 people and a cosy lounge area with two sofas and a connected TV.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160x190 cm), ample storage space, located on the courtyard side for added peace and quiet.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190 cm), spacious wardrobes, also facing the rear of the residence.
- Shower room: shower, double washbasin and washing machine.
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- From the living room, direct access to the fitted balcony offering an unobstructed view of the lake (with the road below).
Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available in the flat.

- Regular SIBRA bus lines 5, 14, l and N pass through this stop. Line 5 provides easy access to the city centre (around 10 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 39 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, a car park is available at the foot of the residence.
Spaces are not allocated and availability is therefore not guaranteed. In the event of unavailability, there are several public car parks nearby.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
