Très bon séjour dans un grand appartement propre et très agréable. Très belle vue, près du lac, mais loin de l'hypercentre d'Annecy le Vieux (+ de 30mn à pied), mais se fait très bien à vélo.
Comme les commentaires précédents (je ne comprends pas que le propriétaire n'en tienne pas compte!) manque de couverts, manque de fauteuil dans le salon (petit canapé) et manque de transats sur la terrasse. Couchage moyen (dur) dans la chambre parentale.
Malgré ces petits "bémols" je recommande cet appartement.

attachés à Annecy et sa région. nous n'hésiterons donc
pas a relouer cet appartement.
Séjour agréable, appartement neuf au calme et bien équipé, grande terrasse ensoleillée et à 7 minutes à pied du lac , supermarché à 3 mini à pied, place de garage, parfait !
