This fabulous mountain estate offers a great room with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows; a chef’s kitchen outfitted with premium Wolfe appliances and granite countertops; plus a dining area for eight. Groups and extended families will appreciate the four all-suite bedrooms (two have a king size bed, two have a queen size bed), lofted billiard area, hardwood flooring, laundry room and two-car garage.
Guests will enjoy forest views from the furnished deck (with a hot tub and BBQ), and staying moments from all the fun at ‘The Pavilion’, including swimming pools, a water slide, hot tubs, fitness center, spa, bar/grille, tennis courts, access to Old Greenwood’s Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and more. Complimentary shuttle service to Northstar California is available (winter).
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

12802 Caleb Drive

The home was fantastic. The house was spacious to accommodate multi generations. However, there should have been a binder with instructions on how to work Internet, where to locate cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. Had to open every drawer, cabinet, closet to find things. There was no outdoor furniture. The hot tub cover was broken, therefore we could not use this amenity, which was one of the main reasons for renting this property. If it wasn’t for our house guests, who previously owned a fractional, we would have been totally clueless to the fact that we could call the front desk and or maintenance to help us with outdoor furniture, internet, hot tub, etc. Extremely poor written communications between renters and East West Hospitality. The pool area was clean and wonderful for families. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I felt very comforted having life guards. I would love to return. I am hesitant on the openness of communication with East West Hospitality.

We do have a sheet with basic information in each residence & encourage each guest to call the front desk for any questions or needs, but we have also added a more detailed binder to each residence to further assure guests have all important details. We sincerely appreciate your feedback & hope you will give us another try when your travels bring you back to Tahoe.
