The home was fantastic. The house was spacious to accommodate multi generations.
However, there should have been a binder with instructions on how to work Internet, where to locate cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. Had to open every drawer, cabinet, closet to find things.
There was no outdoor furniture. The hot tub cover was broken, therefore we could not use this amenity, which was one of the main reasons for renting this property.
If it wasn’t for our house guests, who previously owned a fractional, we would have been totally clueless to the fact that we could call the front desk and or maintenance to help us with outdoor furniture, internet, hot tub, etc.
Extremely poor written communications between renters and East West Hospitality.
The pool area was clean and wonderful for families. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I felt very comforted having life guards.
I would love to return. I am hesitant on the openness of communication with East West Hospitality.

Hi Maureen & thank you for your review. We apologize that your stay did not meet expectations & that there was confusion around the home & amenities. We do have a sheet with basic information in each residence & encourage each guest to call the front desk for any questions or needs, but we have also added a more detailed binder to each residence to further assure guests have all important details. We sincerely appreciate your feedback & hope you will give us another try when your travels bring you back to Tahoe.
